Competition Terms and Conditions
Entry Details:
• Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree
to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
• For an opportunity to win a Morning, Noon and Night T2 Tea experience, you must share in 25 words or less what the
perfect day would be for you and a special person in your life via the competition entry page hosted on the
T2 Tea Australia and New Zealand website:
T2tea.com/mothersdaycompetition. Entries will not be accepted unless entry is made via the competition page.
• Competition is only eligible to Australia and New Zealand residents and runs from
9:00am AEST Tuesday 3rd April 2018 until 12:00am Friday 27th April 2018.
• The winner will be announced via email at 5:30pm AEST on 27 April 2018.
• Winner and chosen one (1) guest be must eligible to travel to Melbourne, Australia
between Friday 11th May 2018 and Sunday 13th May 2018.
• Morning, Noon and Night T2 Tea Experience includes the below:
o Prize and experience activities will be booked in for winner and one (1) guest to guarantee booking.
o Travel and transport to venue not included.
o Flights from anywhere in Australia and New Zealand, value of airfares to be determined once winner and one (1)
guest is chosen.
o Accommodation for three (3) nights stay at Ovolo Laneways, Melbourne valued at $250 per night and total value
of $740 on Friday 11th May, Saturday 12th may and Sunday 13th May. Accommodation will include two separate
beds in the 2 bedroom suite with continental breakfast for two (2).
o Morning Experience – Tea tasting and brunch with T2 Developer and Sommelier, Michelle McGoff at T2 HQ,
Melbourne. To guarantee booking, T2 will arrange the book for the winners ahead of time and provide an itinerary
to winner and one (1) guest.
o Noon – Afternoon High Tea for two (2) at the NGV total value at $200. To guarantee booking, T2 will arrange the
book for the winners ahead of time and provide an itinerary to winner and one (1) guest.
o Night – Dinner for two at Grossi valued of $270 per head plus and total value of $540 in total. To guarantee
booking, T2 will arrange the book for the winners ahead of time and provide an itinerary to winner and one (1)
guest.

a. Participants wishing to enter online must visit T2tea.com during the Promotional Period and enter in 25 words or
less your perfect Morning, Noon and Night experience with a special person in your life, tick the Morning, Noon
and Night Competition box at the Check Out page & Agree to Terms and Conditions of the Competition.
b. Customers wishing to enter the competition in-store will be prompted by the T2 team member to enter online via
T2tea.com/mothersdaycompetition. T2 Tea team members cannot enter on behalf of the customer due to Privacy
reasons.
• There will be one (1) overall winner and a total of one (1) total winner in Australia and New
Zealand, eligible winners must be located in one (1) of the following locations.

• T2 Tea will choose one (1) overall winner and one (1) overall winners in state/country in Australia and New Zealand.
• The recipients of the T2 Morning, Noon and Night experience will be notified via the email they use to enter the
competition online and asked to provide their details by email in order to arrange delivery of their prize.
Morning, Noon & Night Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions of Entry:
1. The “Promotion Details” and any other information provided on how to enter the Promotion form part of these
Terms and Conditions. Participation and photo entry in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions.
2. The promoter of the Promotion is Tea Too Pty Ltd ABN 61 072 399 529 of
37-51 Wellington Street, Collingwood, Victoria 3066 (T2).
3. The Morning, Noon and Night Competition (Competition) commences in Australia at 9:00am
AEST Tuesday 3rd April and until 12:00am Friday 27th April 2018 (Promotion Period). T2 takes
no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries due to trade disruptions, human error, or for
any other reason. Incomplete, illegible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.
4. In order to be eligible: Entries must be received by T2 during the Promotion Period.
Skill plays no part in the selection of the Gift recipients; entries are judged on the
participants’ chance in applying the Promotion theme in connection with T2 tea.
5. T2 will one (1) winner at the end of the Promotion Period (totalling 1 Prize winners). The winners
will be announced via T2’s Social Media and notified in writing by email within five (5) business
days of the draw, relying on contact details provided by the entrant through Social Media.
6. T2 will hold the Prize for up to one (1) week after the applicable draw to guarantee that the experience
occurs on Mother’s Day, Sunday 13th May 2018. Should the Prize winner not claim the Prize within that
time, with reasonable efforts having been made by T2 to contact the Prize winner, T2 will conduct an
‘unclaimed Prize draw’ at 10am AEST on Friday 11 May 2018 at the same location as the original draw.
The unclaimed Prize draw winner will be contacted by email within two (2) business days of the draw.
7. Upon redemption of T2 Morning, Noon and Night Experiences, airfares and accommodation,
booking in advance is required, and booking confirmation will depend on availability. Only original
experience will be accepted. The experience cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred for value or
refunded. Limited to one experience per booking / transaction. Multiple vouchers cannot be used in
the same booking. The vouchers must be claimed and redeemed on or before the expiry date, after
which the vouchers are null and void. The vouchers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
8. The Prize must be taken as offered, is not exchangeable or transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
In the event that a Prize, or any part of it, is unavailable, T2 reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or
greater value. Prize values are the recommended retail value at the time of publication of these Conditions of
Entry. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the Prize. Any incidental costs relating to
the Prize are the responsibility of the Prize winners. The Prize will be awarded to the best entries, as determined
by the judges in their absolute discretion, based on the theme of the Promotion. The judges’ decision is final
and no correspondence will be entered into. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be
redeemed for cash. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a recipient does not accept or take the Prize
stipulated by T2 then the Prize will be forfeited by the recipient and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
9. Entries submitted within the Promotion Period will be randomly chosen by members
of T2 at 37-51 Wellington Street, Collingwood, Victoria, Australia.
10. T2 shall endeavour to contact the Prize recipients via the email address that they provide. In the event
that a Prize recipient cannot be contacted after one (1) month, that recipient will forfeit the Prize.
11. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a recipient does not accept or take the Prize stipulated by
T2 then the Prize will be forfeited by the recipient and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
12. T2 reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and participants (including proof of Tea Society
membership, identity, age and residency). T2 may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entry which in the
opinion of T2 includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory
statements, disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is
not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who has, in T2’s opinion, engaged in conduct in
entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or
reputation of the Promotion or T2. T2 reserves the right to disqualify any entry, including a Prize recipient,
if T2 becomes aware that the entry is not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
13. T2 shall not be liable for any loss, including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage,
personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence)
in connection with participation in the Promotion or accepting or utilising the Prize, except for any liability
which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
14. Participants acknowledge that they grant a licence of all right, title and interest (including
copyright) in and to their entry to T2 from the time of entry and consents to any use of their entry

by T2 which may otherwise infringe their moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
The aforementioned license is strictly for the purpose of T2 utilising an entry in connection with the
Promotion (for example: T2 reposting an entry on T2’s website and/or social media accounts).
15. T2 collects personal information to enable participants to take part in this Promotion and for internal
research purposes. No other use of this information will be made without a participant’s consent. A request
to access, update or correct any information should be directed to T2 at its address set out above.
16. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which changes the result or prevents
or hinders its determination (including but not limited to computer virus, vandalism, power failures,
tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest and strikes), T2 may in its absolute discretion
cancel the Promotion and/or Prize arrangements and recommence it at a later date.
