Winners will be notified by email and announced on Instagram. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY - Conditions of Entry 1. Information about the prize and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry by each entrant. Entry is permitted via Instagram only. 2. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, who enter the promotion in the required manner as stated in these terms and conditions ("eligible entrants"). 3. Employees of the Sole Motive and their related body corporates, suppliers, agencies, licensees and their immediate families are not permitted to enter. Duration of Promotion 4.The competition commences at 0600 AEST on Monday 24 August, 2015 and will continue until 2300 AEST on Sunday 20 September, 2015. How to Enter 5. Eligible entrants can enter the promotion by tagging photos #strongerthanourexcuses on Instagram and entering any distance of Spring into Shape. 6. Entries will be deemed to be accepted if they appear under the hashtag at the end of the promotion and have registered for the event. Selection of Prize Winner 7. The Promotion is based on skill and winner will be chosen by Sole Motive employees. 8. The prize winner will be announced via Facebook and Instagram and will be required to email their details to nicolle@solemotive.com. 9. The judges' decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result. Prize Details 10. The prize consists of 1x 1 hour training session with BrittActive and 2x $200 vouchers for Sole Motive. The prize will need to be used before 1 November 2015. 11. The prize winner must take the prize as offered. Prizes are non-refundable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 12.
