CASTWORKS WINTER 2018 FIREPLACE TRENDS COMPETITION
1. Instructions on how to enter and prize information forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in any competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is Castworks Pty Ltd (ABN 95 591 448 552 57, Industrial Dr, Braeside, VIC 3195, Australia, (Promoter).
3. How to enter: To be eligible to enter the prize draw you must complete the online entry form.
4. Entry is only open to Australian residents, who are 18 years and over.
5. By entering this competition, participants are agreeing to receive communications from Castworks and will be sent some relevant information about Castworks’ products.
6. The participants contact details will not be passed to any third parties, unless the participant requests to be contacted by one of Castworks’ retailers.
7. Castworks reserve the right to use the winner’s name/company name for promotional purposes.
8. Suppliers, agencies, resellers, employees of Castworks and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
9. Entries will be accepted from 6 June 2018 onwards, with entry closing at 11.59pm on Thursday, 5th July 2018.
10. One lucky winner will be randomly drawn within one week of the prize draw closing. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. We will notify the winner by email via the contact details provided on the entry form. If we are unable to successfully contact the winner prior to 10am on 20th July 2018, then the prize is forfeited and a further draw(s) will be conducted.
12. The winner will be published on Castworks’ key communication channels; including, but not limited to: Facebook and Instagram.
13. The prize, Morso Forno Grill (RRP $1599) is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
14. The prize, will be available to collect from a retailer in each major capital or may be delivered under special arrangement.
15. The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of the prize.
