To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other reference to this Competition, these Terms will prevail. The Competition: begins at 9am Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Wednesday 22 April 2020; and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 03 May 2020, (Promotion Period). 2. ELIGIBILITY The competition is open to Australian residents aged 15 years and over at the time of entry. Directors and employees (and their Immediate Families) of Soulara Pty Ltd (ABN 11 077 859 931), or its related companies or agencies and Participating Retailers associated with this Competition are not eligible to enter. Immediate Families means any of the following (whether natural, step or adopted): spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child, parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew or sibling. 3. This Competition is a game of Skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Shortstack or Facebook. Multiple entries accepted during the Promotion Period. If you submit multiple entries, it must not be the same email nor the same answer to 3a. (iii). We will not accept any entries submitted after the end of the Promotion Period. The time of the entry will be the timestamp shown on our device of your email entry. We reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including your identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms or who otherwise tampers or interferes with the entry process. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid at our absolute discretion. We accept no responsibility for any incorrect, incomplete, lost, late or misdirected entries. If there is a dispute as to your identity or details, we reserve the right to determine your identity or details and our determination is final. DRAW There will only be 1 winner for the Soulara Mother Earth Giveaway Each valid entry will be judged individually on its merits by a selective board from Soulara. OUTCOME The winner will be notified after 5pm AEDT on Monday 04 May 2020 by: Direct message via email; and An announcement posted on Soulara’s Instagram Story It is your responsibility to comply with Soulara’s instructions and to notify us in writing if your contact details change during the Promotion Period. The winner agrees to participate and cooperate, as required, in all publicity activities relating to the Competition, including, without limitation, being interviewed, photographed, filmed and recorded. Each winner authorises Soulara to use such content for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity worldwide. The winner's name, entry and Instagram handle may be published on our Instagram and Facebook pages, and in any other promotional material which we consider relevant.
