By entering, entrants grant Hachette and its affiliates a licence to publish their entry and name and sub-license use of their entry and name to promotion partners. Entrants release Hachette and its affiliates from and hold harmless for any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability that may arise from the acceptance and/or use of the prize or participation in the competition and/or attendance at an event.
