If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated average retail value, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Participant Acknowledgement and Consent. You hereby acknowledge and agree that: a) MSI reserves the sole and discretionary right: i) to determine, on a final and conclusive basis, whether a participant has fulfilled the Event requirements in good faith.
