1. This prize draw is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, except employees of La Española or their agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to make reasonable modification if circumstances or events change.
3. Entries must be submitted via www.laespanolaoliveoil.com/au/promotions/labels-competition If you do not have access to a computer or are unable to use the internet, please write to us with your name, address, age and contact telephone number and you will be manually entered into the draw. Entry is limited to one entry per household.

5. All entries must be received by 23.59pm on January 31, 2018.
6. The winner(s) will be contacted by telephone or email within five days of the closing date of the prize draw and are required to confirm acceptance within 14 days of notification. Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner (despite making reasonable attempts), or should a winner be unable to confirm their acceptance of the prize, or unable to accept the prize(s) the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. No compensation will be issued.
7.- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.4 Participants accept, in the broadest sense permitted by applicable legislation, to indefinitely leave and hold harmless La Española and its parent companies, subsidiaries, assignees and employees, as well as any natural or legal person related to the Promotion, from and against, any claim, demand, loss or liability of any nature that may occur now or in the future, including, among others, any loss of amenity, expenses, delays or other damages or losses of any kind, caused by, contributed to, derived from, or in relation to, the Prizes.
7.5 If any court or competent authority rules that any of the stipulations of these conditions are not valid or are illegal, they will be eliminated exclusively without affecting the rest of the Rules, which will continue to be valid within the broadest possible legal scope.
7.6 Any attempt on the part of any Participant to deliberately damage the Website or to prevent the legitimate operation of the Promotion may infringe criminal and civil laws and, in the event of any such attempt, the Promoter reserves the right to claim damages from the person who causes them, within the broadest possible legal scope.
7.7. Subject to the provisions of applicable law, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion without specifying the reasons, at its sole discretion and without deriving any liability for said decision.

Any participant who wins any of the prizes of this promotion, accepts and authorizes both LA ESPAÑOLA and any other company hired by it to promote its products, to reproduce and use their name, surnames, voice and image in any advertising/promotional activity related to the draw in which they are the winner, without such use conferring the right to remuneration or any benefit, and without limitation of time and territory.
In all cases, the participants that are named winners undertake to subscribe to as many public and private documents as may be presented by LA ESPAÑOLA.
Transferring any information, including images, that violate the privacy of another person or otherwise violate or infringe the rights of another person (including intellectual and industrial property rights, if applicable) is prohibited.
