WHO CAN ENTER?
To be eligible to submit an Entry for the Contest on Sponsor’s Contest website located at https://www.facebook.com/WDAustralia/app_154581087931912 (“Website”), a participant (“participant”, “entrant”, “you”) must be a legal resident of Australia over the age of 18 and have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside as of the date of entry. In addition, a participant must: (a) have an active Facebook account. Contest entrants must be the “Authorized Account Holder” of the Facebook account used to submit an Entry. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The Contest shall commence at 12:01 pm (AEDST) on 22 May, 2015 and shall continue in effect until 11:59pm (AEDST) on 21 June, 2015 (“Contest Period”). During the Contest Period, users can vote on their favourite entry. Judging of eligible entries shall commence at 12:07pm (AESDT) on 22 June 2015 and shall continue in effect until 11:59pm (AEDST) on 5 July 2015. Any entry received after the expiry of the Contest Period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries. Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for this Contest. HOW TO ENTER: To enter Contest, a participant must (i) visit the Website; and (ii) follow the instructions to submit an entry (which includes the submission of your name, email address, postal address, phone number and an upload of an original photograph (“Entry” or “User Generated Content”). Each Entry must comply with these Terms and Conditions. Each participant may submit a maximum of three (3) entries and shall only be eligible to win one (1) Prize in this Contest. Participants submitting more than three (3) entries will be disqualified from the Contest. Incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, unintelligible, duplicate or late Entries which otherwise do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will also be disqualified. PRIZES: All prizes shall collectively be referred to herein as the “Prizes” and individually as a “Prize.” a. The Prizes shall be as follows: i. The “First Prize” Winner will be entitled to receive one (1) My Cloud™ Expert Series EX4100 24 TB (approximate retail value of AUD$2699.99), one (1) Canon EOS 700D Super Kit with camera body with EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM lens (approximate retail value of AUD$1070.00), and one (1) 1 year Subscription Adobe® Creative Cloud® Complete package (approximate retail value of AUD$599.88). The aggregate approximate retail value of the "First Prize" is AUD$4369.87. ii. The “Second Prize” Winner will be entitled to receive one (1) My Cloud™ Expert Series EX2100 12 TB (approximate retail value of AUD$1349.99) and one (1) 1 year Subscription Adobe® Creative Cloud® Photography package including Photoshop® & Lightroom® (approximate retail value of AUD $119.88). The aggregate approximate retail value of the "Second Prize" is AUD$1469.87. iii. The “Third Prize” Winner will be entitled to receive one (1) My Cloud™ Expert Series EX2100 8 TB (approximate retail value of AUD$1049.99). The aggregate approximate retail value of the "Third Prize" is AUD$1049.99. iv. Each “Runner Up Prize” Winner will be entitled to receive one (1) WD Red™ 6 TB Hard Drive (approximate retail value of AUD$399.00). The aggregate approximate retail value of the “Runner Up Prizes” is AUD$1197.00). b. The aggregate approximate retail value of all prizes being given out in this contest is AUD$8086.73. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prizes set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determination of the retail value thereof, and the actual fair market values, as ultimately determined by Sponsor, are final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. Apart from the Prizes awarded as part of the Promotion, no monetary compensation will be paid for any of your Entries.
