Who is eligible to enter the Tough Tested, Tough Gear Competition?
The competition is open to permanent residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of the Promoter and their associated agencies, companies, and immediate families.
How can one enter the competition?
Entrants can enter by visiting specific websites and providing their name, address, telephone number, and email address during the promotional period. Entries can be made once per person/per email address per day.
When does the competition start and end?
The competition starts on 1st August 2023 at 00:01am (AEST) and closes on 31st March 2024 at 11:59 pm (AEDST).
What is the prize and its total value?

How will the winner be selected?
The winner will be selected in a Prize Draw on Friday, 5th April 2024 at 12pm (AEST) at 2/143 Keys Road, Moorabbin, VIC 3189.
How will the winner be notified and when?
The winner will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) working days of the draw. The winner's name will also be published on the promoter's Facebook page and website by 26th April 2024.
How will the prizes be delivered?
Prizes will be delivered within 28 days from the prize draw or any other mutually agreed period between the winner and the Promoter.
Can the prizes be transferred or redeemed for cash?
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
What happens if a prize becomes unavailable?
If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted, subject to written directions from lottery authorities.
What is the Promoter's liability in case of technical issues or other problems?
The Promoter is not liable for technical malfunctions, loss, damage, or injury due to participation, unless required by law.
