1. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics Pty Ltd of 90 Euston Road, Alexandria NSW 2015, ABN 72 098 111 776 is the Promoter.
3. The Promotion is open to Australian residents only. Employees of the Promoter are not eligible to enter the Promotion, nor are members of their direct families.
4. The Promotion Period commences at 12:00 pm (AEST) on Tuesday 4 October 2016 and closes at 8:00 pm (AEST) on Tuesday 11 October 2016.
5. To enter the Promotion, Entrants must, within the Promotion Period, complete the Entry Form on Facebook.
6. To enter visit https://www.facebook.com/napoleonpe... review the post made at 12:00 pm (AEST) on Tuesday 4 October 2016. The post will ask entrants to describe in 25 words or less in the comments why they’re excited for the upcoming party season.
7. Entries to the Promotion shall be assessed by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The judging of entries will take place on Wednesday 12 October 2016 at the Promoter’s business address.
8. The judges’ decision on any aspect of the Promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. The potential winner will be notified via a Facebook comment and must reply to Sponsor within three (3) months to claim the prize.
10. The Promotion is a game of skill, chance plays no part in determining Prize Winner.
11. Incomplete and/or illegible Entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging.
12. There will be a total one (1) Prize Winner selected in total.
13. The most creative entry determined by the judges will be deemed the Prize Winner.
14. The Prize consists of: Brush Me Up 8pce Brush Collection ($125 RRP), Lip Art Lip Gloss Collection ($55 RRP) and Art Eye & Cheek Palette ($89 RRP).
15. The total Prize Pool is valued at up to $270 (including GST). Prizes do not include any ancillary costs associated with Prize Winners redeeming their Prize.
16. All additional costs borne by the Prize Winner in redeeming the Prize is at the Prize Winner’s sole cost.
17. Prizes must be redeemed on the date outlined below, otherwise they shall be forfeited.

18. The Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
