Upon submission of entry in this Giveaway, you agree that Sponsor may contact you via social media, including on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter by sending you a direct message, tagging you, posting to your social media page or naming you on Sponsor’ social media pages. You must provide all required information to be eligible to enter and win. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.
Sponsor and Sponsor’s agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives or service providers may use entrants’ and/or referrals’ personal information submitted with entry for purposes of prize fulfillment and/or for future marketing by such Sponsor, such as to notify them of a product or sweepstakes that such Sponsor thinks may be of interest.
Bulk, automated and/or third-party entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter account. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, email addresses, logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entries, and that Entrant may be disqualified at the Sponsor’ discretion. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the pertinent email address, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter account will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to the Sponsor or forfeit the prize. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Giveaway at the Sponsor’ sole and absolute discretion. Selection of Winner: On or about October 13, 2022, the Sponsor will select the name of the potential winner of the prize in a random drawing from all entries received. The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email on or about October 13, 2022. Except where legally prohibited, the potential winner must sign and return, within seven (7) days of being notified, a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release in order to claim the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted in person via email after the first attempt to contact them, or if they fail to sign and return the Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release within the required time period, or in the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
Verification of Potential Winners: ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE GIVEAWAY. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

Taxes: Any and all applicable federal, state, province and local taxes. Shipping and taxes will be borne by the Sponsor, and all the other fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of prizes not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the individual prize winner. Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other Giveaway or offer.
General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in Sponsor's sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Giveaway. This includes any event beyond Sponsor's control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Giveaway by any party, or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’ control (a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence). Dispute Resolution and Governing Law: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF DELAWARE, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.
