Win a 'Nescafe' moment with your favourite X-Factor act & grand final tickets! - To enter the Competition and be eligible to win, entrants must enter using one of the below methods: go to the official The X Factor website located at http://au.tv.yahoo.com/x-factor;  follow the prompts to the “Win a NESCAF? Moment with your favourite Act from The X Factor” competition page; in 25 words or less answer the question “WHICH ACT FROM THE X FACTOR WOULD YOU LIKE TO SHARE A NESCAF?® MOMENT WITH AND WHY?” and complete the entry form with all the details required, including (but not limited to) full name, email address, residential address  and phone number. Mandatory details will be indicated on the entry form. PRIZE: There is one (1) major prize as detailed below (the “Major Prize”) and twenty (20) minor prizes as detailed below (each a “Minor Prize”) to be won in this Competition (together the Major Prize and the Minor Prize are referred to as “the Prize/s”). The Major Prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Sydney, NSW to attend the 2013 The X Factor Grand Final Performance and Decider (the “Event”)  on Sunday 27 October 2013 and Monday 28 October 2013 respectively, valued at a maximum of AUD$6,959.00 and including: 2 x return economy airfares from the Major Prize winner’s nearest capital city to Sydney, NSW  valued at a maximum of AUD$2,400.00*; Return transfers between Sydney airport and the Hotel valued at a maximum of AUD$300.00; 3 x nights’ accommodation  in a twin share room at a minimum 4 star hotel in Sydney (the “Hotel”), to be determined by the Co-Promoters at their sole discretion) for the  Major Prize winner and their guest (the “Prize Companion”)  valued at a maximum of AUD$1,050.00 (check in: Saturday 26  October  2013, check out on: Tuesday 29 October 2013); 2 x tickets to The X Factor Grand Final Performance on Sunday 27 October 2013 valued at a maximum of AUD$1,000.00; 2 x tickets to The X Factor Grand Final Decider on Monday 28 October 2013  valued at a maximum of AUD$1,000.00; Return transfers between the Hotel and The X Factor Grand Final venue valued at a maximum of AUD$300.00; AUD$500 spending money for the Major Prize winner; A “meet and greet” with the Major Prize winner’s favourite act from The X Factor over a cup of NESCAF? at a secret location in the Sydney CBD (location to be determined by the Co-Promoters at their sole discretion) (the “Meet and Greet”) valued at a maximum of AUD$150.00;  a NESCAF? DOLCE GUSTO MELODY coffee machine (EDG625B, black) valued at AUD$259.00. Each Minor Prize winner will receive: a NESCAF? DOLCE GUSTO MELODY coffee machine (EDG625B, black) valued at  $259.00. The total prize pool for this competition is valued up to AUD$12,139.00.Prizes cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged and cannot be redeemed for cash. *Flights and airport transfers will not be provided to winners who reside in NSW. In this scenario, the Major Prize winner and the Prize Companion will be offered an alternative form of transport from the Major Prize winner’s place of residence to the Hotel valued at a maximum of AUD$500.00. The total value of the Major Prize will be reduced to AUD$4,759.00
