What happens if the prize isn’t claimed?
If the prize is not claimed by 17 November 2024, another winner will be drawn on 18 November 2024 at 10:00 AM (AEST).
Where will the prize be collected?
The winner must collect the prize from the Customer Service Desk at Hyperdome, located near Suncorp Bank.
Are there any prize restrictions?
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
