Prices
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are subject to change.
Payments
We require a deposit of 25% of the full fee in order to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days
prior to the program or activity commencement date. We reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your
deposit if you fail to pay the remaining balance at this time. Payments may be made by cash or credit card, or by
direct bank deposit.
Rescheduling and Cancellation by You
If you request to reschedule outside of 7 days prior to the program or activity commencement date we will credit
you for any fees paid. Rescheduling will incur a $50 administration fee, payable with the remaining balance. We
do not guarantee that we will grant a request to reschedule a program or activity if requested within 7 days prior to
the program or activity commencement date, and we reserve the right to retain 100% of the full fee under such
circumstances. For cancellations made by you outside of 7 days prior to the program or activity commencement
date we reserve the right to retain 25% of the full fee. For cancellations by you within 7 days of the program or
activity commencement date we reserve the right to retain 100% of the full fee.
Rescheduling and Cancellation by Us
Unleashed-Unlimited reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or modify a program or activity, at the full discretion
of Unleashed-Unlimited staff. This may occur at any time prior to commencement of the program or activity, or
during the program or activity if safe to do so. Programs and activities may be cancelled, rescheduled or modified
for reasons that include, but are not limited to, forecasted or current adverse weather conditions, insufficient
equipment, restrictions dictated by the land manager and environmental factors (e.g. flood, drought, fire), or
there being too few participants booked in to the program or activity. Under such circumstances, rescheduling
of the program or activity, or the partial or full refund of fees, will be at the full discretion of Unleashed-Unlimited
staff and subject to the specific circumstances and timings of the cancellation. Unleashed-Unlimited is exempt
from responsibility for associated expenses, including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation. We
recommend that you take out personal insurance for such expenses.
Removal or Exclusion from Participation
Unleashed-Unlimited reserves the right to exclude or remove participants from a program or activity, or to modify a
program or activity, at the full discretion of Unleashed-Unlimited staff. This may occur at any time prior to
commencement of the program or activity, or during the program or activity if safe to do so. Participants may
be removed or excluded for reasons that include, but are not limited to, being under the influence of alcohol
or drugs (including prescription drugs that may affect performance); being unable or unwilling to follow
instructions; lacking suitable equipment; having an inadequate level of fitness, physical ability and experience
for the particular program or activity. Removal or exclusion under these circumstances will result in forfeiture of
any funds paid and no credit or refund will be given.
Your Duty of Disclosure
It is your duty to disclose to Unleashed-Unlimited any information that is relevant to your participation in the
program or activity, including, but not limited to, information pertaining to existing medical conditions. Unleashed-
Unlimited is exempt from all liability that results from your failure to disclose such information.
