How to enter the Promotion?
Due to the latest Victorian lockdown and inability to attend Fed Square in person, Fed Square is encouraging its audience to visit Fed Square virtually, by playing ‘The Great Fed Square Heist’ (Game): an online game in which players aim to collect 15 virtual treasures and a golden ticket during a virtual tour of Fed Square that is accessible on the Fed Square website. As players navigate the virtual game experience, they learn about Fed Square’s architecture, history and culture. Each week, over 4 weeks, during the Weekly Promotion Period, the Promotion comprises an opportunity to enter the Major Prize Draw and to enter a weekly Golden Ticket Prize Draw. To enter the Major Prize Draw, Eligible Applicants will need to complete the Game, collecting all 15 virtual treasures, and then submit the Major Prize Draw Entry Form including their personal details (full name, email address, postcode and state of residence in Australia). To enter the weekly Golden Ticket Prize Draw, in addition to completing the Game and collecting 15 virtual treasures, Eligible Applicants must also collect the virtual golden ticket in the Game and then submit the Golden Ticket Prize Draw Entry Form. Eligible Entries Although Eligible Applicants can play the Game as many times as they would like, only one entry per Eligible Applicant, per Weekly Promotion Period for each the Major Prize Draw and the weekly Golden Ticket Prize Draw, per will be accepted. This means that during the Promotion Period, each Eligible Applicant has an opportunity to submit up to 4x Major Prize Draw Entries and 4x Golden Ticket Prize Draw Entries. Duplicated entries will be deemed ineligible. The Promoter will not accept any entries that are illegible and/or incomplete (Failed Application) and the Promoter accepts no liability for failure to successfully process a Failed Application. Dates of Promotion and Promotion Periods The Promotion Period commences on 1 October 2021 at 5pm AEST and closes on 28 October 2021 at 10.00am AEST. Entries for the Golden Ticket Prize Draw are available once a week during each Weekly Promotion Period and is drawn after each Weekly Promotion Period closes. Golden Ticket Prize Draws Week Weekly Promotion Period Weekly Prize Draw Date 1 commences on 1 October 2021 at 5pm AEST and closes on 7 October 2021 at 10.00am AEST 7 October 2021 2 commences on 7 October 2021 at 10am AEST and closes on 14 October 2021 at 10.00am AEST 14 October 2021 3 commences on 14 October 2021 at 10am AEST and closes on 21 October 2021 at 10.00am AEST 21 October 2021 4 commences on 21 October 2021 at 10am AEST and closes on 28 October 2021 at 10.00am AEST 28 October 2021 Entries for the Major Prize Draw are available once a week during each Weekly Promotion Period and the winner will be drawn upon closing of the Promotion Period on 28 October 2021 at 10.00am AEST. Any entries received after the corresponding closing dates will not be considered. Promotion recipients receive The total prize pool is valued at $1449.00 and consists of one (1) x Major Prize Draw pack valued at $824.12 and four (4) x Golden Ticket Prize Draw packs worth $200 each. The Major Prize Draw pack includes one (1) Nintendo Switch Neon Console (value $442.95), one (1) Nintendo Switch Pro Controller (value of $81.17), one (1) JB HIFI Voucher to the value of $100 and one (1) dining credit for use at a Fed Square restaurant of your choice to the value of $200. Each Golden Ticket Prize Draw pack consists of a $200 voucher for EB games. Prize Draw packs are limited to one (1) per Eligible Applicant for each prize draw. Each prize pack is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. Prize draws Each of the weekly prize winners for the weekly Golden Ticket Prize Draws and the Major Prize Draw winner will be drawn by random chance. All Eligible Entries have a random and equal chance of to receive a prize. The Major Prize Draw will be drawn at 11.59am AEST on 29 October 2021. Each Golden Ticket Prize Draw will be drawn at 11.59am AEST on the corresponding Weekly Prize Draw Date. Confirming the winner of the Promotion Each weekly Golden Ticket Prize Draw winner will be notified by 5pm AEST on the corresponding Weekly Prize Draw Date for each Weekly Promotion Period, and the recipient of the Major Prize will be notified by 5pm AEST on 29 October 2021 (Notification Dates), via a published announcement on the Promoter’s Website for 28 days following and by email or message to the email or mobile telephone number registered on the Prize Draw Entry Form. The email will invite the recipient to contact the Promoter to arrange the collection of the corresponding Promotion prize. Successful recipients have 28 days from the corresponding Notification Date to contact the Promoter to claim their prize. Failure to claim the prize within 28 days of the corresponding Notification Date means the terms of the prize will lapse and new recipients will be selected for each unclaimed prize. Personal Information The entrant acknowledges that it provides certain information on the Application Form to be used by the Promoter for future promotional purposes. Individual's personal information cannot be disclosed without the individual's consent. Personal information will be handled according to the Personal Information Collection Statement on the Application Form and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be viewed at www.fedsquare.com/privacypolicy. Acknowledging and promoting success Successful recipients acknowledge and agree that the Promoter may publish the details of the successful recipient including the story, in Fed Square's marketing material or reports, including social media, Fed Square's website, brochures or newspapers. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, loss revenue or profit) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or accepting the prize. If, for any reason whatsoever, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves its right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available, subject to State and Territory regulations. The Promoter reserves the right to exercise its absolute discretion in excluding entries that it considers to be contrary to law and to substitute the prize for another of equal value if the prize is unavailable or unable to be supplied.
