The competition is open to all permanent residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Quantum Savvy Pty Ltd, trading as Savvy, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How can one enter the competition?
To enter, participants must subscribe to the Savvy newsletter via the competition page (https://www.savvy.com.au/competitions). If already subscribed, participants can still enter by submitting their details again through the entry form. Each valid entry allows for one (1) entry point, and entrants can earn up to 20 additional entry points by referring friends using a unique referral link. The competition is limited to one entry per person, and up to five unique entries per IP address. All entries must be fully completed to be considered valid.

What are the prizes and prize details?
The prize is a Nintendo Switch OLED model, valued at $349 AUD. The prize is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. If the prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the promoter is not obligated to provide a substitute of equal value. The winner will be chosen via a random draw on Monday, 4 November 2024, and will be contacted by phone and email by 5:00 PM (ACST) on Tuesday, 5 November 2024. The prize will be delivered to the winner, and lost or stolen prizes cannot be replaced.
