1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
WHO CAN ENTER
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to Australian and New Zealand, 18+ years of age residents only.
2.2. Employees, franchisees, and their immediate families of We Are Explorers, Destination New South Wales, Camplify, Adrenaline, Zorali, or any related agencies, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, or step-sister.
HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on 29/06/22 at 10:00 AM AEST and closes 29/07/22 at 11:59 PM AEST (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 In order to enter, the entrants must complete the entry form by providing the entrant’s full name, email address, state and answer a question related to the campaign.
3.3 In order to enter, the entrants must agree to receive email marketing communications from the Promoters which may be unsubscribed at any point.
3.4 Entrants may only enter once.
PRIZES
4.1 One winner will be chosen based on their ability to answer the competition question as decided by the Promoters at their absolute discretion;
Prize includes;
1 x Camplify road trip credit to the value of $1000*
1 x Zorali ‘Camp Out Set’ to the value of $750, a camp out set being 1 x Zorali tent, 1 x Zorali sleeping mat and 1 x Zorali camp pillow
1 x Adrenaline egift card to the value of $700
Total prize value up to $2,450
4.2 Prize cannot be exchanged or refunded in any way by the winner.
4.3 Prize is valid for redemption until (usually on months from winner being picked to claim prize).
*If the total booking price exceeds $1000, the winner will be required to pay the difference and the winner can choose to extend the length of the booking at their own expense. The Camplify voucher will be applied to the Camplify account of the winner. If the winner does not have a Camplify account, one must be created in order for the voucher to be applied. This Camplify credit is non-transferable and does not expire unless the account is deleted. Standard Camplify Terms and Conditions apply. The driver must be 21 years or over and hold a valid full driver’s license.
UNCLAIMED PRIZE
Any prizes that remain unclaimed for 1 month after the end of the promotion period will be awarded to another entrant as determined by the Promoters. The pool will be made up of runner up entrants as determined by the Promoters.
If required, this will occur on 12/08/2022.
SELECTION OF PRIZE WINNERS
5.1 Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with Clause 3 will be entered into the prize pool.
5.2 The winner will be selected by the Promoters on 12/07/2022 at 11:00AM AEST at We Are Explorers’ Premises at 2/10 Towers Drive, Mullumbimby NSW 2481.
5.3 The winner of the competition, as determined by the Promoters, agrees to provide proof of age to We Are Explorers and any partners if deemed necessary by the Promoters.
5.4 The winner will be notified by email and will be announced on We Are Explorers social media platforms from 12/07/2021 for 28 days. The winner may also be published on www.weareexplorers.co, and the digital platforms of Destination New South Wales and competition partners.
5.5 The Promoter’s decision is final.
NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoters may in their absolute discretion cancel the competition or other as subject to any State Legislation.
6.2 The Promoters and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 The Promoters and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
6.3.1 during the draw;
6.3.2 Whilst undertaking any travel won connected with their entry into the draw; or
6.3.3 in the participation in any prize
6.3.4 as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
6.3.5 due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
6.3.6 due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
6.4 The Promoters and its affiliates assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserve the right to take any action that may be available.
6.5 If, for any reason, this competition is not capable of being conducted as planned, including, but not limited, due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter’s which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter’s reserve the right, at their discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or any other dishonest act, may take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to State legislation.
6.6 By entering, you agree to receive email marketing communications from We Are Explorers, Visit NSW, Adrenaline, Zorali, and Camplify.

The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner and for future marketing and promotional purposes. Your personal information will only be disclosed to the Promoter’s and its related bodies corporate for these purposes.
