Who can enter the giveaway and when does it close?
The giveaway is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or older, except for employees of The Explore Lifestyle Pty Ltd and their immediate families. The giveaway starts at 12:00 am on March 14, 2024, and ends at 11:30 pm on April 30, 2024, AEST (Brisbane time).
How can one enter the competition?
To enter the competition, participants must follow the entry process outlined on The Explore Life website, emails, and/or social media posts. The number of entries allowed for each entry process will be specified.
What is the prize and how will winners be selected?
The prize is an Offroad Jetski Toy Hauler, which includes 2x 2023 Seadoo Spark Trixx 3up. Winners will be selected through a computerised random selection program, ensuring fairness and equal chances for all entrants. The draw will be held at The Explore Life HQ in Burleigh Heads, QLD, or an alternate location depending on availability. Winners will be notified by phone call, email, and mail within 7 days of the draw.
What happens if the prize is not claimed?
If the prize is not claimed within a reasonable period, a redraw will take place 2 months from the initial end of the competition date. The new winner will be notified in writing and their details will be published on the website.
What are the terms and conditions regarding the competition?
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition if it is not capable of running as planned. The Promoter is not responsible for any inaccuracies, technical failures, or damages suffered by entrants. The Promoter's contact details and permits are provided for regulatory compliance.
