(d) Hashtag each photo caption with both #TakeMeToBerlin and tag @mercedesbenzau (e) Setting their user profile to “Public” for the Promotion Period to ensure @mercedesbenzau can view their Submission and make contact if the Submission is shortlisted PRIZE: There is one (1) prize is available to be won in this promotion by the winner for themselves and their guest, with a total prize pool value up to $23,000 including GST (“the Prize”). The prize is comprised of the following: (a) Tickets: 2x VIP Front Row Passes to Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin 2016 – 19th – 22nd January 2016, for the winner and their guest. (b) Accommodation: 5 nights’ accommodation (18th – 22nd January 2016) in a Twin Share Room at the Waldorf Astoria, Berlin, including breakfast and hotel transfers valued at up to $3100 including GST. Accommodation is subject to availability at time of booking. Unless stated, the Prize does not include spending money, travel (including any necessary plane, ferry, vehicle or other transport or transfers), meals, taxes, insurance, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included and must be borne by the prize winner and/or their guest. The winner and their guest may be required to present their own credit card and identification at the time of accommodation check-in. (c) Transport/Transfer: Transport to and from the hotel to the airport. (d) Flights: (i) Business class airfares for the winner and their guest from their nearest capital city in Australia to Berlin, Germany via an airline chosen by the Promoter valued at up to $18,000 including GST. (ii) If the point of international departure and/or return is not in the winner’s State or Territory of residence, the Promoter will provide a domestic economy connection on an airline of the Promoter’s choice from and/or to the capital city of the winner’s State/Territory of residence to the nominated points of international departure and arrival.
