Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 and over who hold a valid Bendigo Bank Visa credit card issued by Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited (“Eligible Credit Card”). PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Start Date: 01.10.2015 at 12:01 AM AEST End Date: 10.11.2015 at 11:59 PM AEDT HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Promotion the Eligible entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: a) complete the entry form for the promotion online at www.bendigobank.com.au/oprah, by providing their first name, last name, a valid e-mail address, postcode and the last four digits of their Eligible Credit Card number on the entry form; and b) make at least five Qualifying Transactions. Cardholders will automatically be awarded one entry for each Qualifying Transaction and must make at least five Qualifying Transactions to be entered into the Promotion. A Qualifying Transaction means any retail purchase, including Visa payWaveTM, made at a point of sale, online or over the phone using a valid Eligible Credit Card at any Australian or overseas merchant that accepts payment by Visa, that meets the following conditions: a) For a point of sale transaction, the cardholder must have selected the ‘credit’ button at the time of transaction and entered their Personal Identification Number (PIN) if required. b) The transaction must have a minimum value of AUD$0.99. c) The transactions exclude any cash out transactions or any transactions which have been reversed or cancelled by the date of the draw. d) The following transactions are not qualifying transactions: a. cash advances; b. ATM withdrawals; and c. BPAY or Pay Anyone payments. e) The Bendigo and Adelaide Bank account used must not be cancelled, closed, suspended or in default at the time of the draw or delivery of the prize.
