16. Travel must be taken between Monday 15th April 2013 and Tuesday 1st April 2014. All arrangements must be made via Promoter’s designated fulfilment partner, Alchemy Events Limited (“Alchemy”), and bookings made independently will not be refunded. Winners must give 90 days’ notice of desired dates of travel, which are subject to availability. Blackout dates (when travel cannot be taken) are school or public holidays in the country of departure or destination country.Prize does not include visas for Sweden and any transit countries. These are the responsibility of the winner. No extension of the validity date of this prize will be permitted. All components of the major prize are subject to availability at the time of booking
