Win a Pair of 14K White Gold Moissanite Earrings

This competition (“Competition”) is promoted by Moissanite Pty Ltd (ABN 95 088 977 164) trading as Moi Moi Fine Jewellery, of Level 2, Shop 8, Queen Victoria Building, 455 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia over 18 years of age. Employees and their immediate families of Moi Moi Fine Jewellery are not eligible to enter.
Competition opens on 29/4/2022 and closes on 30/6/2022 (“Entry Period”). All times and dates are in Sydney which may be AEST or AEDT depending on the date.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.

ENTRY
To enter, an entrant must sign up to the Moi Moi newsletter, by submitting their First Name, Last Name and Email address into the website pop-up sign up form at http://www.moimoi.com.au.
Participants may enter the competition once only. Entry is open to new email subscribers only.
Invalid or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
Each valid entrant who has entered the competition from 00:01 on the first day of the Competition until 23:59 on the last day of the Competition will be entered into the prize draw for that Competition period.
All entries become the property of the Promoter.
By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Moi Moi Fine Jewellery. Entrants may unsubscribe from these emails at any stage by following the instructions contained in the footer of the marketing emails.
PRIZE
The eligible entrant who is chosen to win, will receive a 14K White Gold 2 x 4mm Round Moissanite NOVA Earrings, 0.48 total carats (diamond equivalent weight), valued at RRP$490 inc GST.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, nor is the prize redeemable for cash.
Prize does not include shipping or delivery costs. All other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
WINNER
The winner will be randomly drawn by Moi Moi Fine Jewellery at the end of the Entry Period.
The winners will be notified in writing via email and published on Instagram @moimoifinejewellery within 2 days of each draw.
Should the notification email to the winner bounce or be undeliverable, and the winner does not respond over Instagram within 7 days of notification, then the Promoters have a right to draw another winner.
The winners must collect their prize at the Moi Moi Fine Jewellery store. Level 2, Shop 8 Queen Victoria Building, 455 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, by 30th September 2022. If the winner cannot come to the store, they may elect to have the prize posted to them for a postage fee.
If the prizes are not collected by 30th September 2022, then Moi Moi Fine Jewellery has the rights to choose another winner who will then have one month from notification to collect the prize.
All of the Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
