Win a pair of limited edition Rosella Uggs! - WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 16 years of age or older.
Entrants between 16 and up to but not including 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating supermarkets and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences at 12.00am (AEDST) on Wednesday 24th June 2015 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on Tuesday 18th August 2015 (“Promotional Period”). All times listed in these Terms and Conditions are in NSW local time.
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase at least three (3) cans of Rosella® canned soups from the range, in one single transaction from any participating Woolworths store within Australia or Woolworths Online (www.woolworths.com.au) during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). All participating Woolworths stores display advertising for this promotion.
To enter, individuals must then complete one (1) of the following two (2) mechanics during the Promotional Period:
(a) WEB: Visit www.rosellasnuggletime.com.au follow the prompts to the entry form, input the requested details including their full name, full street address, phone number, age, gender, Ugg boot size, a valid email address, and to verify their entry either:
(i) Enter the full Woolworths receipt number (if purchase from a Woolworths store) or order invoice number (if purchase is online); and the last four (4) digits of each Rosella product barcode from the Qualifying Transaction; or
(ii) Upload an image of their purchase receipt/order invoice showing the Rosella product/s purchased in the Qualifying Transaction, and then
tick the relevant box confirming they are 16 years of age or older, and submit the fully completed entry form. Photo/scanned image of purchase receipt/order invoice must be submitted in either JPEG or PDF file format and must not exceed 4MB.
(b) MAIL: Complete the official entry form with all the requested details, tick the relevant box confirming they are 16 years of age or older and send the fully completed entry form with a copy of the Wooloworths receipt for the Qualifying Transaction (or a copy of the order invoice for Woolworths Online orders) as proof of purchase, and send to “Rosella Snuggle Time Ugg Promotion” Locked Bag 6500 Chapel Street North, South Yarra, Victoria, 3141.
A link to the Ugg boot size chart link will be included on both the online and manual entry form for an entrant’s reference.
PRIZES:
The first thirty-one (31) valid entries drawn in each of the first seven (7) Weekly Draws, and the first thirty-three (33) valid entries drawn in the last Weekly Draw (Weekly Draw 8) will each win a pair of Rosella Ugg boots valued at RRP$129.00. The prize will be awarded in the shoe size specified on the winning entry, subject to availability. In the event that Rosella Ugg boots in the size specified by the winner on entry is not available, the Promoter will consult with the winner to determine their choice of shoe size from those available. In the event of any disagreement between a winner and the Promoter regarding the shoe size of the Rosella Ugg boots awarded, the Promoter’s decision will be final. No exchanges will be made if an incorrect shoe size is specified on entry or if winner is unhappy with the shoe fit.
