The paper entry form is available from the ‘Christmas in Surfers Paradise’ activation zone, Cavill Mall, Surfers Paradise. This form must be completed legibly, in full and placed into the designated box on site. 13. Any illegible or incomplete form will be invalid and not included in the Prize Draw. All eligible entries received over the 12 days will have the opportunity to win the prize for the day they entered, according to the cut?off times stated in points 8?9 above. 20. All eligible entries will have the opportunity to win the major prize on 24th December 2018. 21. The winners will not be present at the drawing and do not need to be on?site to collect their prize. 22. Prize winner names will not be published. Prize conditions 23. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or cannot be sold. Winner notification 24. The winners will be contacted on 24th December 2018 via email. Unclaimed prizes 25. In the event the prizing is unclaimed for two months, a re?draw will take place at approximately 3:00pm on Friday 22nd February 2019. Use and disclosure of information 26.
