1. You must be 18 years of age or over to be eligible to enter
2. The competition will run on our Facebook page (/totaltools) and Instagram account (@totaltoolsaustralia). Entries will be accepted on both mediums. You must have “LIKED” our facebook page and “FOLLOWED” our Instagram account to be eligible to win.
3. You can only enter once per post submission. To enter, submit your entry in the comment section of each silhouette post - both on Facebook or Instagram. In the instance where an entrant has submitted an entry on both Facebook & Instagram, Total Tools reserves the right to delete an entry from either accounts.
4. Valid only for Australian residents. Total Tools staff are not permitted to enter.
5. Competition opens 26th February 2019 and closes 5th Mach 2019 11:59PM AEST. NSW permit number: APP-0005498037
6. Winner(s) will be announced daily via our Facebook page or Instagram account in the form of an announcement post. The winner will need to PM our Facebook page with their delivery details. All prizes will be shipped out via couriers of Total Tools choosing. Total Tools will not be held responsible for any damages or lost prizes in transit. All prizes are none refundable, they cannot be exchanged and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
7. Total Tools will not be held responsible for any vulgar, rude, racist or slanderous comments by the public to others. Total Tools will endeavor to moderate and remove comments if they are deemed inappropriate or go against our terms and conditions within a reasonable time period and those users banned and reported. Total Tools will moderate both accounts Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am - 17:00pm.
8. An entry will only be accepted where either a like or comment has occurred on the post (Facebook) or like on the post (Instagram)
9. By entering into this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all terms and conditions set forth by Total Tools and you agree to Total Tools using your personal details (full name) to communicate winning entrants. If any of the above terms & conditions are not met, you forfeit the right to win.
