Entrants must submit a clear, close-up digital photograph of their pet and provide a written pledge at peteralexander.com.au or peteralexander.co.nz (collectively, the ‘PA Website’) or on the PA Facebook Page. Entrants represent and warrant that the owner of the pet submitted as part of their entry into this Competition has consented to the use of their pet and their name and image in this Competition and has otherwise agreed to participate in this Competition. Humans must not be depicted in any photograph submitted as part of an entry. One entry per user per day is permitted provided a different photograph and pledge is submitted with each entry.

Daily Prizes:
Entrants must answer the question posted each day at 11.00am (AEST) on the PA Instagram Site, include the hashtags #votecute and #peteralexander and follow the prompts. Entrants may enter multiple times per day however entrants are only eligible to win one daily prize. All entries must be submitted in accordance with these Conditions. All entries must be received by the Promoter during the applicable entry period specified in clause 2 above. No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are late, lost, misdirected or not received by the Promoter during the applicable entry period specified in clause 2 above. Entrants are solely responsible for any costs they have incurred in entering this Competition.

There will be a total of 36 prize winners of this Competition, to be allocated as follows:
Grand Prize Winner: One grand prize winner will receive the following:
Ten pairs of Peter Alexander pyjamas or a sleep tee nightie (as determined by the Promoter in its discretion) (PA Pyjamas) valued at AUD$500 or NZD$600 (depending on the place of residence of the winner) featuring a picture or representation of their pet submitted as part of their entry. The PA Pyjamas may (as determined by the Promoter in its discretion) be sold online and in selected Peter Alexander stores;
One Peter Alexander prize pack valued at AUD$560 or NZD$675 (depending on the place of residence of the winner) comprising the following items: men’s tee, pyjama set, nightie, onesie, ladies pyjama bottom, ladies pyjama top, slippers, cosmetic bag, men’s boxers, men’s pyjama bottom, men’s basic top, kids pyjama set and eyemask (PA Prize Pack); and
One personalized electronic campaign poster featuring their pet and pledge.
Runners-Up: Fifteen runners-up will each receive the following:
One PA Prize Pack; and
One personalized electronic campaign poster featuring their pet and pledge.
Daily Prize Winners: Twenty daily prize winners will each receive one Peter Alexander gift card valued at AUD$20 or NZD$20 (depending on the place of residence of the winner).
