Any information on how to enter the competition and prizes received by the winners of the competition form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The competition is open to Australian residents only who are aged 18 years or older or over except employees of Supermarcat and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Entrants may only enter into the prize draw once during the Promotional Period.
The competition commences at Tuesday 16th March 2021 and 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 31st March 2021. Entrants who complete and submit a valid entry form via the Supermarcat website: https://supermarcat.com.au/pages/easter-giveaway within the Promotional Period will be entered into the draw.
The winner is responsible for providing valid contact details for communication and liaising with the Promoter to coordinate the delivery of the prize to the winner.
The prize is as follows: 1 x PetKit Pura X Automatic Self-cleaning Cat Litter Box, which is valued at AU$669. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen: 1 April, 2020 at Supermarcat at 76 Scarborough Street, Southport QLD 4215, Australia on Thursday 1st April 2021 between 9:00am and 5:00pm AEST.
The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
The winner consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media, including social media, for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The Promoter collects personal information provided by entrants to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, research, profiling and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the competition and opting in at the point of entry into the competition, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use the entrant’s personal information in this way.
