Win a photography tour of Bhutan! - To enter, go to http://lonelyplanet.com/competitions/photography, complete the entry form and subscribe to receive Lonely Planet’s emails. You can enter between 12am AEDT on 4th December 2012 and 12am AEDT on 4th February 2013.  You don’t have to buy anything to enter, but you must remain subscribed to Lonely Planet’s emails until after the initial draw date on 5th February 2013.  You can only enter once ‑ we’ll make confetti out of any extra entries you submit.  Your entry is received at the time Lonely Planet receives it.  Incomplete and invalid entries will not be accepted.  If your entry gets lost in cyberspace or doesn’t arrive for any other reason, that’s not Lonely Planet’s fault. Lonely Planet might have to extend the dates of the promotion but only if it’s totally unavoidable (for example, if the competition entry page is unavailable for 24 hours or more) and we’ll let you know if we do. Departure dates for these tours are subject to availability and minimum numbers being met.     AU$500 to be used towards the purchase of one return economy airfare from the nearest international airport to the winner's home city, which services flights to Bhutan (provided by Lonely Planet).  The winner will be responsible for any additional cost for the airfares over and above this amount.  If the total cost of the airfare is less than this amount, the winner will not receive the balance in cash or any other method. Information on how to claim the prize will be given to the winner, once we have confirmed that the winner is eligible to receive the prize.  Travel must commence before 31 December 2013, otherwise the prize will be forfeited. Total prize value is between approximately AU$2590 and AU$4790, depending on which tour the winner chooses.  These prize values are accurate at the start of the promotion.
