An Entrant is eligible to win the Prize if they: a) are a permanent resident of Australia; and b) have posted an eligible entry based on paragraph 10 below; and c) are over the age of 18; and are not: d) employees of: i. the Promoter, The Jewellery Group; ii. the Supplier, The Jewellery Group; iii. any corporations or agencies related to the entities in paragraphs (i) and (ii) above; or e) a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by marriage or adoption) of a person who is an employee of any of the entities listed in paragraph (d) above. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: “Closing Date” means 23:59 (AEDT) Sunday 19 April, 2015. “Commencement Date” means 09:00 (AEDT) hrs on Monday 23 March, 2015 HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Promotion, an Entrant must, during the Promotion Period: a) Post a Selfie, incorporating the Zamel’s brand on Facebook or Instagram. b) Tag #zamels and #shinebrightselfie in the caption. c) Answer the following question in 25 words or less: “Why do diamonds make your world shine a little brighter?” (the “Entry Question”). d) Entrants must set their account to be public. If an entrant’s account (Facebook or Instagram) is set to private, their entry will not be accepted. PRIZE: The Prize is valued at a total maximum of $7,499 and consists of: a) The product chosen as the Prize by the Winner; this is the winner’s choice of one (1) product from the Zamel’s Shine a Little Brighter Flyer which may or may not reach the total maximum value of $7,499. b) The selected one (1) product will form the whole and complete Prize regardless of the value of that product and no further products will be offered as part of the Prize; including but not limited to other products, services, vouchers and credit notes.
