The Milly + Coup Due Date Lottery is sponsored by Milly + Coup Pty Ltd (ABN 81 636 699 986) and is governed by the following Official Rules. By participating in the giveaway, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by Milly + Coup, are final in all respects. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Milly + Coup (au.support@millyandcoup.com).
The Due Date Lottery competition will be run according to all relevant state and federal laws.

You are providing your information to Milly + Coup and The Babybee Group and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy in this document.
Milly + Coup shall have the right, at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage subject to regulatory approval. Milly + Coup also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
Eligibility
This competition is open to all legal Australian residents, residing in Australia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants are limited to only one entry within the entry period. False or incomplete entries will be disqualified
Entry period
Entry is open from 9am AEST July 1st 2023 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on July 31st 2023. Only entries received during this time will be eligible for the prize draw. The winners will be announced on the Milly + Coup website, on Instagram and notified via email on Tuesday August 3rd 2023.
How to enter
Instagram Entry:
Click through to the competition landing page (via the Sponsored Instagram Competition Post or Link in the Milly + Coup Instagram profile).
Complete the sign up form by providing your name and email address and due date on the landing page.
Facebook Sponsored Post Entry:
Click “Learn More” on any Sponsored Competition Facebook Post to the competition landing page.
Complete the sign up form by providing your name and email address and due date on the landing page.
Email Entry:
Click through to the competition landing page (via the Competition Email).
Complete the sign up form by providing your name and email address and due date on the landing page.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Promotion.
Winner selection
The winners will be selected at 11am AEST Tuesday August 3rd 2023 at Milly + Coup Head Office; U3/260 Whitehall Street, Yarraville, VIC 3013. The winning due date will be selected via. a randomised date generator and all those whose entered due date lands on that date will win a pram of their choice.
The winners will be announced on the Milly + Coup website, on Instagram and notified via email and must claim the prize within 15 days, after which a new winner will be selected.
The prize includes:
Milly + Coup pram of your choice (Milo2 from $949.99 AUD, Leo from $1,149.99, or Pixi from $449.99)
The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Once the winner has provided their pram selection and shipping address the item will be shipped out within two weeks or as soon as stock becomes available.
Total Prize Value:
The total prize pool for NSW and SA is capped at AUD $9,649.91 each. The national prize pool is capped at AUD $100,000 within Australia.
In the event that the number of winners on the date drawn exceeds the total prize pool all of the the entrants who have selected the correct date will be put into a random draw and selected at random until either the total national or the total state prize pool is reached.
Redraws:
In the event that the total prize pool is reached and a winner does not claim their prize, we will randomly draw a new winner from the remaining pool of entrants who selected the correct date. This redraw will occur 15 days after the initial winner draw on the 18th of August at 11am at Milly + Coup head office located at U3/260 Whitehall Street, Yarraville 3013.
If the prize pool is not reached and there are winners who have not claimed their prize within the 15 day grace period there will not be a redraw as there are no remaining entrants with the correct date selection.
Privacy Policy
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to an external party without the entrant’s prior consent. By entering the Competition you agree that Milly + Coup will use your name and email address for marketing purposes.
Indemnification and limitation of liability
BY ENTERING THE COMPETITION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS MILLY + COUP, THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. MILLY + COUP DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. MILLY + COUP, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ENTERING THE COMPETITION.
