Win a Pro-Ject Debut Stereo System Pack, valued at $1,500! - TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1.This Competition is being conducted by the Australian Music Retailers Association (99 061 924 758) as part of the Record Store Day Australia campaign. 2. The Competition commences at 12noon on Friday 24 March 2017 and closes at 12noon on Tuesday 25 April 2017. 3. The Competition is open to entrants residing in Australia, aged 18 years and over. Proof of residency and age may be required. Employees of the promoter, and its agencies or suppliers associated with the competition, are ineligible to enter. 4. Competition entrants must upload an image publicly to Instagram, Facebook or Twitter depicting their "perfect record", including the #RSDWin Hashtag. 5. To be eligible to win, entrants must submit their image via the Competition App, embedded on the Record Store Day Australia website (www.recordstoreday.com.au/WinProject). 6. Only images submitted within the timeframe of the competition will be considered eligible for entry. 7. Any content that is not in accordance with the competition theme, terms of entry or considered offensive will be ineligible for entry and therefore won't be approved. This will be at the sole discretion of the Australian Music Retailers Association. 8. Entrants give permission for the images submitted to be used in future by Record Store Day Australia and Pro-Ject (the prize sponsor) for maketing purposes. 9. Entrants get five extra points for every friend they refer (via the unique sharing code link that is provided at time of entry) that submits an entry. 10. After the competition has concluded, Australian Music Retailers Association will draw winners at random on Wednesday 26 April 2017 at Australian Music Retailers Association. 13. The Prize winners will be notified via email within three (3) days of the draw. The winners will be announced on the Record Store Day Australia website, as well as Record Store Day Australia's Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts once the winners have been notified. 14. In the event that any of the winners are not contactable (after Australian Music Retailers Association uses its best endeavours to contact the winner using the contact details provided by the winner to Australian Music Retailers Association), a second chance or unclaimed prize draw(s) will take place at the same premises on Wednesday 3 May 2017 for the unclaimed prize(s). The second chance or unclaimed prize draw winner(s) will be notified within three (3) days of the second draw. 15. Any information collected or used by Australian Music Retailers Association for this competition will be used in compliance with the Australian Music Retailers Association's privacy policy and in any event in compliance with Australian privacy and confidentiality legislation including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). 16. Australian Music Retailers Association’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
