ENTRY DETAILS Entry Process To enter, entrants must, during the Competition Period: a) purchase a Participating Product(Eligible Purchase) from an Outlet and keep the purchase receipt; b) then go to the Websiteand follow the links to the entry form;and c) fill out and submit the entry form. Purchases of Participating Products made online will NOTbe accepted. Entrants will receive entries based on the Eligible Purchase that they make, as follows: 24 or 30 pack purchase = 4 entries 6 pack purchase = 1 entry ENTRIES PERMITTED Number of Entries Allowed Entrants are limited to submitting 1 entry formper day. Proof of Purchase Required As proof of purchase, entrants must retain their original itemised receipt. EFTPOS receipts will NOT be accepted. The Promoter may, at any time during or after the Competition Period, request an entrant to provide sufficient proof of purchase to validate any or all of the entrants’ entries. Proof of purchase must show that the Eligible Purchase was made during the Competition Period but prior to entry. Sharing receipts is strictly NOTpermitted. If an entrant fails to provide unaltered proof of purchase that is to the Promoter’s satisfaction and in the timeframe specified by thePromoter, the Promoter may (in its absolute discretion) invalidate any or all of the entrants’ entries and that entrant will have no entitlement to receive any prize in this competition. WINNER DETERMINATION Winnersselected via a Draw There will be3 winnersselected. The winners will be selected via a manual random draw at 12:00pm(AEST) on 27/07/2018 at Prime Focus, Level 1, 500 Chapel Street, South Yarra VIC 3141. The first 3 valid entries drawn from all entries received during the Competition Period will each win a prize. Additional reserve entries may be drawn and recorded (in order), in the event that an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn or the entrant is ineligible to accept the prize. If an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn, the prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn. This process will continue until a clear winner is determined. If after this process the prize still cannot be awarded, the prize will be dealt with in the Unclaimed Prize Draw. PRIZE/S TO BE WON Prize Details There are in total 3 prizes to be won. Each prize is a Great Northern branded Quintrex 370E Explorer tinnie and trailer, with 10HP engine, valued at up to $7,290. The prize does not includeregistration, comprehensive insurance or any accessories not specified. See Prize Conditions for furtherprize information and conditions. Prize Conditions The winners must collect the prize from the dealership as specified by the Promoter. Delivery of the tinnie and trailer to the nominated dealership could take up to 150 days. The winners are responsible for holding any necessary licences and complying with any applicable laws and regulations to use the tinnie and trailer. The winners must, prior to collecting the prize, obtain registration of the tinnieand trailer at their own cost. Prize Pool The overall total prize pool is valued at up to $21,870. NOTIFYING & PUBLISHING WINNER/S Notification Details The winners will be contacted by phone andin writing within 2 business days of the draw. Winner Publication The winners’ names and localities will be published on the Website on 10/08/2018. PRIZE CLAIM DETAILS AND PROCESS FOR UNCLAIMED PRIZE/S Prize Claim Date Prize/s must be claimed by 5:00pm(AEDT) on 27/10/2018.
