Win a R&R Getaway with Mollini

These are the terms and conditions (Terms), including the conditions of entry, which apply to a trade promotion (Promotion) being conducted by Mollini Shoes (ABN 58 075 876 425).
By entering the Promotion, each entrant accepts these Terms and agrees that the Promotion will be conducted in accordance with, and the entrant’s rights will be governed by, these Terms.
The Promotion commences at 12.00pm AEDT on Wednesday 16th March 2021 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Wednesday 31st March 2021 (Promotion Period). Entries will not be valid unless made during the Promotion Period.
Entry is free and is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, who enter the Promotion in accordance with the conditions of entry below. Employees of Munro Footwear Group (Mollini Shoes) and Avani Hotels & Resorts and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.
The conditions of entry into the Promotion are as follows:
(a) entrants must provide their full name and email address and submit their entry via the entry form provided on the Mollini website to receive one (1) entry into the Promotion;
(b) by submitting their email, entrants agree to become a subscriber of Mollini Shoes and Avani Hotels & Resorts and give their consent to receiving electronic messages from Mollini Shoes and Avani Hotels & Resorts, which they can opt-out of at any time.
(c) by agreeing to become a subscriber of Mollini Shoes and Avani Hotels & Resorts each entrant acknowledges and agrees that personal information obtained by Mollini and Avani Hotels & Resorts regarding each entrant will be used for the purposes of the Promotion and for the purposes of informing each entrant of other sales, promotions, offers or activities available from Mollini and Avani Hotels & Resorts
The major prize holiday is a trip for two (2) people to Melbourne, Gold Cost or Adelaide valued at approximately $3000 AUD including:
1 x $500 Mollini voucher
Return flights to Melbourne, Gold Coast or Adelaide
2 Nights stay for 2 people valued at $500

The prize is valid for use until the 30th of June 2022. Travel dates are subject to availability, and blackout periods apply such as school holidays. Travel is valid for a maximum of two passengers, and one passenger must be the winner of the Promotion.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount card and will expire if not used by the dates referred to above.
The prize is valid for one-time use only.
The following are not included as part of the major prize holiday: all other out of pocket expenses including additional meals, beverages, laundry services, spending money, additional accommodation due to flight schedule changes, optional excursions, tipping, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs not expressly listed as provided in the prize detail above. The costs of obtaining any of these requirements are the responsibility of the prize winner and their travel companion.
The winner of the prize holiday must take the prize as described and on the conditions stated in these terms.
To redeem the prize, the winner must contact Mollini Shoes with their relevant postage details.
To book the prize holiday, the winner must contact Mollini Shoes at least 60 days before their desired stay period and will be subject to the standard booking terms and conditions of Mollini Shoes.
The prize winner must present confirmation of accommodation upon arrival at both hotels.
Mollini Shoes reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these terms.
The prize holiday package draw will take place at Mollini head office at 28 Victoria Cres, Abbotsford VIC at 12.00pm on Thursday 1st April 2021. Entrants to the prize holiday are not required to be present at the draw in order to win the prize. The eligible entry will be randomly drawn from all entries received during the Promotion Period and will be deemed the winner.
The major prize holiday winner will be notified in writing via email on Thursday 1st April 2021. The Prize winner will need to respond confirming details within 30 business days. Non response from the prize winner will result in the prize being forfeit and another winner will be drawn randomly from the pool of entrants the following day.
Mollini Shoes reserves the right to alter, extend, delete or change the promotion without notice, in accordance with the relevant permit requirements.
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned including tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Mollini Shoes reserves the right (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
All entries will be the property of Mollini Shoes and Avani Hotels & Resorts. Any personal information collected will be used by Mollini Shoes and Avani Hotels & Resorts for the purpose referred to in clause 6(c) of these Terms. Personal information may be disclosed to contractors and agents assisting with this Promotion or to communicate with entrants. Entrants are able to obtain a copy of Mollini Shoes privacy policy by contacting Mollini Shoes directly.
Mollini Shoes is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered or claimed (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage, personal injury or death, and direct or indirect loss or damage) by an entrant in relation to entering or participating in this Promotion, or taking or using the prizes offered except where that loss, damage or injury was caused by breach of these Terms by Mollini Shoes or the wilful or negligent acts or omissions of Mollini Shoes. To avoid any doubt, Mollini Shoes shall not be liable for loss caused by technical and mechanical malfunction which is outside the control of Mollini Shoes.
The blackout periods for travel using the Promotion prize are: 3rd April to 18th April 2021, 26th June to 11th July 2021, 18th September to 4th October, 18th December to 27th January and 9th April to 25th April 2022 inclusive.
