Should travel dates need to be changed once confirmed, cancellation charges will apply. The prize is valid for redemption until Saturday 31 August 2013 and will be dependent on the accommodation, airline and tour operators? normal availability. Some blackout dates may apply. In the event that a winner is unable to embark on any activities in the experience portion of the prize on the original date arranged due to weather or issues arising outside of their control, the winner will be offered the opportunity to reschedule the activity or activities for another date.
