Who can enter the 'REEBELO GO KART GIVEAWAY' competition and when does it close?

The competition is open to residents of Australia who are over 18 years old. It closes on December 14, 2023, at 11:59 PM AEST.

What are the prizes and their details?

There is one (1) major prize, which is a customised Segway-Ninebot GoKart Pro valued at $10,000 AUD (original GoKart Pro valued at $3,000 AUD + customisation by James Patrick valued at $7,000 AUD). There are also five (5) minor prizes, each consisting of a $500 voucher for James Patrick Art, valid for twelve (12) months from the issue date.

How can one enter this competition?

To enter, participants must fill out the entry form via the landing page and follow and like the promoter’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

When will the winners be notified, and how much time do they have to claim their prize?

The Promoter will select all prize winners within 15 business days from the end of the competition period. Winners will be notified via email and/or phone number and have 5 business days to respond and claim their prize.

Are there any additional entry requirements or restrictions?

Each entrant must be over 18 years old, and only one entry per person per competition will be accepted. Employees of The Promoter(s) are not eligible to enter.

What happens if there are technical issues with entry submissions?

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries, and it takes no responsibility for lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid entries.

Are the prizes transferable or refundable?

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative available. In case a prize becomes unavailable, the promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or higher value.

Can the Promoter modify or cancel the competition under certain circumstances?

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, with or without notice, in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

What happens to the content submitted by entrants?

The promoter can use all content submitted by entrants for social media and website purposes.

Is there anything else participants should be aware of?

The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner's name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.
