“Relax and Recharge Giveaway” competition terms and conditions.
Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Results of the contest as determined by The Good Sheet and Quietly & Co are final.

The competition is open to all Australian residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
The competition begins Monday, April 16th, 2018 9am AEST and ends Saturday, April 21st , 2018, midnight AEST. All submissions must be received during this period. No late submissions, for any reason, will be accepted. A winner will be chosen at random and announced within 2 business days of the competition ending, via email or Facebook. If the winner fails to claim the prize within 2 days, another draw will take place and no substitute will be offered.
To enter, you must fill out the required fields on the entry form on URL link provided. By entering you agree to receive marketing communications from The Good Sheet and Quietly & Co. Your information will not be used for any other purpose. Entry is limited to one per person, but you can increase your chances by sharing the competition with your friends. Multiple entries and entries which are illegible, incomplete, fraudulent or contrary to these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid.
The Good Sheet and Quietly & Co reserve the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
The prize is 1 x Percale Sheet Set, valued at AUD $129 and 1 x DO Claska Teapot valued at $68 and 1 x Brain Tea valued at $29 and includes postage within Australia. The colour and design of the winning sheet set is at the discretion of The Good Sheet.
Prizes cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses not specifically listed as part of the prize in these Terms and Conditions, and which may be associated with the receipt of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the prize winner.
The Good Sheet and Quietly & Co take no responsibility for prizes becoming lost, damaged or delayed in transit, once they have left our premises.
The Good Sheet and Quietly & Co shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Good Sheet and Quietly & Co are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
