To enter the competition, an Eligible Entrant is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions of entry and must during the Competition Period do one of the following:

Use a compatible browser to visit https://www.insurancepromotions.com.au/apia/renault/dm (“Competition Website”) and follow the directions to complete and submit the online entry form in the manner required. To obtain an entry into the Competition, the Eligible Entrant must fully complete the entry form including First Name, Last Name, Postcode, Date of Birth and current and valid email address and current APIA Home or Car Insurance Policy number.

Use a compatible browser to visit https://www.insurancepromotions.com.au/apia/renault/aq (“Competition Website”) and follow the directions to fully complete and successfully submit the online entry form in the manner required. To obtain an entry into the Competition, the Eligible Entrant must fully complete the entry form including First Name, Last Name, Postcode, Date of Birth and current and valid email address.

Fully and correctly complete the specially marked entry form provided in the Promoter’s direct mail communication received by the Eligible Entrant, including providing the Eligible Entrant’s full name, residential address and then mail the completed entry form in the Reply Paid Envelope provided to “reply paid 3081, South Melbourne VIC 3205” to be received by last mail on 13/11/2012; or

Providing personal information including name and contact details (and any other information requested by the Promoter to the Promoter by calling the Promoter (standard call costs apply) or as part of any outbound call campaign conducted by the Promoter (or any of it’s agents).

The first eligible entry randomly drawn from all entries received will receive the following Prize, which is valued up to $43,994:
one (1) new Renault Koleos 4x4 Dynamique Diesel Auto in non-metallic paint (no accessories are included) (“the Vehicle”). The colour of the Vehicle is subject to availability and the discretion of Vehicle Distributors Australia Pty Ltd;
the cost of 12 months registration for the Vehicle in the state or territory of the Entrant's nominated address;
stamp duty on the Vehicle (if applicable); and
the dealer delivery charge payable for the Vehicle to be delivered to a dealership or Renault service centre will also be included in the Prize. The Promoter will aim to ensure the Vehicle is delivered to the dealership or Renault service centre closest to the winning Entrant's nominated address, however the place of delivery will be chosen at the discretion of the Promoter.
