Major Prize Draw: The Major Prize Draw will take place at Oxygen Marketing, Level 1, 16 Palmer Parade, Cremorne VIC 3121 at 11:00 (AEDST) on 28/02/13. The first valid entry randomly drawn in the Major Prize draw will win a Formula 1™ Swisse 2-Seater experience (“the Hot lap”) and x Two hospitality passes to the 2013 FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX (the “Event”) including access to the V8 Alley Supercar Club, valid Sunday only (“Major Prize”). The total major prize is valued at up to $21,740 RRP incl GST.
The Major Prize includes:
1 x Formula 1™ Swisse two seater Hot Lap. The Hot Lap will take place at the Grand Prix circuit on a day between the dates of 14th – 17th March 2013 and a photograph taken during the activity by an AGPC official photographer*.
Two x hospitality passes valid for the same day as their Hot Lap (on a day between the dates of 14th – 17th March 2013), with access to the V8 Alley Supercar Club located at the Grand Prix Circuit and including:
- Reserved dining seat
- Morning tea, Buffet Lunch, Afternoon tea
- Sparkling, Beer, Wines and Soft drinks
- Flat screen televisions showing all the racing action live on Grand Prix TV
- Superscreen viewing
- Wheelchair accessibility
- Facility hosts to assist you and your guests
- Sunscreen and earplugs
*In the event the Hot Lap prize takes place between Thursday 14th and Saturday 16th March 2013 the winner will be provided with two general admission passes to the Grand Prix circuit for their companions to watch their Hot Lap experience. Maximum value of general admission passes is up to $99 each. Total value of prize is up to $199 RRP incl GST.
If the winner’s usual residential address is more than 200 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD, the Promoter will provide the winner with two (2) return economy airfares (including airfare related taxes and charges) for the winner and one (1) travel companion to Melbourne, Victoria from the Australian domestic airport closest to the winner’s ordinary residential address; and
two (2) nights accommodation (minimum 4 star, standard twin share room); and
return taxi transfers from the winner’s home address to their nearest domestic airport, from Melbourne airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the Event up to a maximum of $150 per day. Any transfer expenses in excess of $150 per day are the responsibility of the winner.
The flights, transfers and accommodation are valued at up to $5,000 (Recommended Retail Price including GST, depending on point of departure). All other costs including meals, beverages, laundry services, spending money, transport to and from departure point, insurance, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs not expressly provided for above, as well as the costs of obtaining any of these, are the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion. Any passes, tickets or vouchers issued by the Promoter are subject to prevailing terms and conditions of use applicable to them.
