Entry Restrictions a) Entrants and their companions must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry. b) Entrants must hold a valid ticket to a P!NK concert at Rod Laver Arena prior to entering. Concert dates must be on either July 16, 17,19, 20, 22, 23, 25, 27 or 28, 2018. Winners must be available to use the prize on the date specified on tickets. Entrants unavailable to attend will forfeit their entry. Entrants must be willing & able to comply with conditions of riding in a Mr Hummer Limousine. Pick up location must be within a 30-kilometre radius of Melbourne CBD. d) Entry is only open to residents of Victoria. 9. How to enter Online Entry: During the Competition Period: (a) Participants must visit the KIIS1011 Station Website during the Competition Period and fully complete the online entry form by providing their name, address, contact number, email address and specifying their pick-up location, the date of the concert as specified on their tickets and how many P!NK ticket holders will be travelling in the vehicle. Maximum number is 12. (b) The Promoter will select up to eight (8) entries and those entrants will be deemed a winner and awarded a prize. The Station will select entries randomly (in its sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries received, within the time period specified. 10. Limitation on entries Entrants may enter the competition as many times as they wish, however entrants may only win one prize each. 11. Draw Details Up to 8 (eight) draws will be conducted at Australian Radio NetworkLevel 2, 21-31 Goodwood Street, Richmond, 3121 13: Prize Details There are up to x 8 (Eight) prizes to be won, as follows: - One (1) ride in a Mr Hummer Limousines P!NK Hummer limo from a designated pick up location (As specified by the winner in their entry) within a 30-kilometre radius of the Melbourne CBD, to the P!NK concert at Rod Laver Arena on the date specified on the Winner’s tickets - THE PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE TICKETS TO THE CONCERT - Winner’s must already hold a valid P!NK concert ticket on either July 16, 17,19, 22, 23, 25, 27 or 28, 2018. Travel to designated pick up location as specified by the entrant and travel from Rod Laver Arena post-concert and any associated costs are the responsibility of the prize-winner. The prizes are valued at up to $900 (Inc. GST) *Pink coloured Hummer Limo is subject to availability and may be a different colour. 14: Total Prize Value Up to $7,200 (Inc. GST) 15: Winner Notification The prize winner will be notified via email if they have been successful in winning the prize. The prize winner will then be contacted after winning via phone and email to organise the prize. 16. Publication Details Winners of prizes valued at over $1000 (inc GST) will be published on the Station Website ‘WIN’ Page. 17: Prize Claim and Delivery Prize must be claimed by and used on the day of the date specified on the valid P!NK tickets held by the winner. If the prize winner is unable to claim by or use their prize on the date specified on the valid P!NK tickets, the winner forfeits their prize. 18. Special conditions a) Prize is not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable. b) Rides cannot be transferred to another winner. c) Winners are subject to any additional terms and conditions placed by the event and transport providers. d) By entering this competition, Entrants grant to the Promoter a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the materials for the purposes of conducting the competition and for marketing and promotional purposes. e) Entry to the concert at Rod Laver Arena is subject to terms & conditions which the winner must abide by at all times.
