Win a romantic tropical holiday! - WHO CAN ENTER? Entry is open to all persons over the age of 18 years only. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Australian Capital Territory residents are not eligible to enter. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The competition commences at 12.00pm on Monday 2 February 2015. Entry closes at midnight Saturday 28 February 2015. The competition will be selected on Thursday 5 March 2015 at the Tourism Port Douglas Daintree office at Shop 48, The Reef Marina, Port Douglas. The winner will be contacted by phone and email by Friday 6 March, 2015. The winner will be announced by the Promoter’s on the Port Douglas Wedding Professional’s social media channels including Facebook and on their website. Details of the winner will also be published in press releases. HOW TO ENTER: When entering the competition, entrants will be required to provide their name, email address and telephone number. Entrants will be required to submit a 30 word or less reason why they would like to win the prize. Entrants are also asked to join the Promoter’s page on Facebook, which is optional. PRIZE: The winner and a friend will receive: Return Cairns Airport to Port Douglas limousine transfers with Exemplar Coaches and Limousines for two (2), four (4) night’s accommodation with Continental breakfast at The Beach Villa on Newell Beach, two (2) night’s accommodation including breakfast at Thala Beach Nature Lodge, romantic/engagement Portrait Shoot by Port Douglas Weddings, Romantic arrangement of flowers by Floral Edge Port Douglas, in- house chef for one (1) dinner for two (2) people (subject to availability) by Port Douglas Catering and Events, Flames of the Forest dining experience for two (2), three (3) hours of babysitting service by Busy Bees Babysitting. The total prize value is four thousand, four hundred and thirty-six dollars ($AUD4,436) and is based on the recommended retail value of the Prizes as provided by the suppliers and is in Australian Dollars. The Prize is subject to availability, not transferable or exchangeable and may not be taken as cash or for any other consideration. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize or any portion between the date of publication of these Conditions of Entry and the date the Prize is used by the winner. Prize components may alter at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative Prize or component of equal or greater value.
