To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, each entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
a) be an Australian resident with an Australian residential address, aged 18 years old or over and not an employee of the Promoter, of any participating agency associated with this Promotion, or an immediate family member of the same (where “immediate family member” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin);
b) hold a Facebook account, being an account established on www.facebook.com, in their personal name and capacity, and which "follows" www.facebook.com/SamsungAustralia (“Promoter’s Facebook Page”);
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion commences at 9:00am AEDT on 14 February 2015 and closes at 9:00am AEDT on 16 February 2015 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
Visit the Promoter’s Facebook Page and locate on the Promoter's Facebook Page wall the following Promoter’s post:
“Happy Valentine’s Day! To celebrate, we’re giving you the chance to WIN a 55 inch UHD TV and $500 – to enter, tell us in 25 words or less how you would plan your romantic movie night at home!”

d) post a "Facebook comment" in response to the Post in twenty five (25) words or less, in accordance with the instructions in the Post, and at all times inoffensively and appropriately, with original words that are the entrant’s own; and
e) follow any other reasonable directions provided by Samsung representatives in relation to the Promotion.
Only one (1) entry is permitted per person during the Promotional Period, as determined by each entrant’s Facebook account. For clarity, any comment which is not posted as a Facebook comment in response to the Post will be not be an Eligible Entry. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, remove any Facebook comment which it deems to be offensive or inappropriate, not made in response to the Post, or not otherwise made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
