DURATION
1. Entries shall be accepted from Thursday 17 March 2016 to 5pm Thursday 31 March 2016 (AEST). Entries shall be collected on Thursday 31 March 2016. Winners will be notified by email address provided no later than 5PM (AEST) Friday 1 April 2016.
ENTRY
2. Entry to the competition is open to all Groupon customers over the age of 18 years with internet access, other than employees of Groupon Australia Pty Ltd (the Promoter) and Woolworths Limited, and their related companies, and their immediate families.
3. To enter, individuals must purchase a Big W eGift Card through Groupon and correctly complete the task as outlined in the competition instructions.
4. 1 winner will be chosen by the Promoter. Winners will be determined by judging the creativity in completing the task. Entries must be the original, independent creation of the entrant and free from any third party claims, including copyright or trademark claims. Entries must not: (i) have been published previously; (ii) contain information that is discriminatory, defamatory, or offensive or which infringes any law or regulation.
5. The entrant consents to the Promoter, its related companies and the competition sponsors using comments made on the competition form, including placing such comments on its websites or third party websites. Unless expressly requested by the entrant to do so we may not acknowledge your authorship when posting comments.
INFORMATION ON PRIZES 6. The winner will receive a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge 32GB valued at $1,249. This prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. The winner will be selected based on their creativity in completing the task, by a Groupon representative – this decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Prize winner must take the prizes as described and on the conditions stated in these Terms, and prizes
cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
9. If for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter this competition is not capable of running as planned and the administration of this competition is affected, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
10. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid. If the Promoter believes that a person is deliberately manipulating entries into this promotion, the Promoter may exclude this person from the promotion.
11. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or loss of profit (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in the game and or taking of any the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. In accepting the prize, the recipient may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of the competition at any time.
14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales. All entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales
