PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion commences at 5:00pm (AEDT) on 7 December 2015 and closes at 12:00pm (AEDT) on 24 December 2015 ("Promotional Period"), unless extended by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter to win a Prize, an entrant must be a natural person aged 18 years old
or over and ordinarily reside in Australia, and not be a company, business or organisation of
any description, or an employee of the Promoter, or any agency associated with this
Promotion, or any immediate family member of such person, and must:
a) visit www.samsung.com/au/discover/news/christmas-gift-guide#competition, click on
the Promotion page and follow the prompts to the online entry form page ("Online
Entry Form"), and:
i. input the required personal information, including, but not limited to, the entrant's
name, email address, Australian address and telephone number;
ii. select a Prize;
iii. answer the following question in twenty-five (25) words or less: "Tell us in 25
words or less why you want #SamsungSanta to give you the Samsung gift you
chose for Christmas" ("Response"); and
iv. submit the completed Online Entry Form; and
b) follow any other reasonable directions provided by Samsung representatives in relation
to the claim process,
(each entry an "Eligible Entry" and each eligible entrant an "Eligible Entrant").

"Prize" means each of:
