Entry Restrictions Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Relevant State(s) Entry is only open to residents of NSW, QLD, SA, VIC and WA.
Maximum Entries Entrants who submit a Creative Entry can enter as many times as they like, provided that each entry is based on a unique
Creative Entry.
Entries received in the Public Voting element are limited to four (4) entries (one (1) original entry and up to three (3) bonus
entries) per email address.
Entry Procedure Creative Entries
To enter, entrants must during the Online Registration Period, visit the Website register their details and electronically build
their own personal SeaDoo in accordance with the instructions on the Website, including by using the stickers provided
(Creative Entry).
Public Voting
During the Contesting Period, members of the public will be invited to visit the gallery on the Website and vote for their
favourite Creative Entry.
Entrants who submit a Public Voting entry between 15 Oct 2018 and 17:30 on 05 Nov 2018 will be entered into one or more of
the Minor Prize draws depending on when their vote was received by the Promoter.
At the end of the Online Registration Period, the entrant with the Creative Entry that received the highest number of votes will
be determined as the Major Prize winner.
In the event that more than one entrant receives the same highest number of votes, the Promoter will conduct a draw to
determine the Major Prize winner.
Bonus entries
Entrants who submit a Public Vote entry into the weekly draw element in accordance with the Public Voting above will be
eligible to receive up to two (2) bonus entries as follows:
(a) one (1) bonus entry into the relevant weekly draw(s) if they share their unique referral URL generated with one or more of
their friends; and
(b) one (1) bonus entry into the relevant weekly draw(s) if they click on the link at the point of entry to share the competition
on their personal Twitter account.
(c) one (1) bonus entry into the relevant weekly draw(s) if they click on the link to visit the Seadoo website (https://www.seadoo.com)

Notification of
Winners
Winner/s will be notified will be notified in writing by Thursday 15th November and will be published on the Website on
Thursday 15th November for 28 days.
Prize Claim Details Prize Claim Date & Time: 08 Feb 2019 at 16:00 AEST
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize. In this case, the Promoter will award the
prize in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements below.

Arrangements
If a minor prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time or if an entrant or entry is deemed invalid in accordance with the
Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will conduct a further draw at 11:00 AM AEST on 12 Feb 2019 at Level 15, 50 Goulburn St
Sydney in order to award the relevant minor prize(s).
If the major prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the major prize will be awarded to the entrant that received
the next highest number of public votes in accordance with the Entry Procedure.
If the major prize was awarded by way of a tie-break draw, the Promoter will either award the major prize to the remaining
entrant in the original tie-break draw (if there were only two entrants in the original draw) or conduct a re-draw at 11:00 AM
AEST on 12 Feb 2019 at Level 15, 50 Goulburn St Sydney in order to award the major prize. .
Any unclaimed prize winner(s) will be notified in writing on 14 Feb 2019 and will be published on 14 Feb 2019 on the Website
for 28 days.
