“Enter the draw to win Callaway golf club set worth $3,000” competition terms and conditions
- This consists of one prize being a set of Callaway golf clubs with a RRP of $3,370.00
- Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.
- The promoter is Australian Unity Health Limited ABN 13 078 722 568, 114 Albert Road, South Melbourne, VIC, 3205 (Promoter). Authorized under ACT License No. 18/01927, NSW License No. LTPS/18/28489.
- Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, and any of its related bodies corporate, are ineligible to enter this competition.
- The competition runs from 12.01am 17/10/2018 to 11.59pm 16/11/2018 in all States (Competition Period).
- To be eligible for the prize draw a person must be:
- a resident of any Australian State or Territory;
- a PGA of Australia member or golf fan;
- To be entered into the random prize draw the entrant must submit their entry successfully via the digital entry form with Australian Unity.
- One entry per person. There is no fee to enter.
- For the avoidance of doubt, this promotion is not available:
- if the Promoter’s website malfunctions; or
- through brokers, intermediaries or comparators.
- The random prize draw will be held on 21/11/2018 at 1:30pm at 114 Albert Road, South Melbourne, 3205 and the prize-winner will be notified by phone and mail.
- If the prize is not claimed by 28/11/2018 a second chance random draw will take place on this date and the prize-winner will be notified by phone and mail. A public notice of the ultimate winner will be published in The Australian Newspaper on 07/12/2018.
- The prize is not transferable or refundable. If any aspect of a prize cannot be delivered for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for any other item (or items) of equal or greater value subject to State laws.
- The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of eligibility under 6 above, including proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.
- The Promoter’s decisions in relation to all aspects of this promotion are final and binding on all entrants.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained by any entrant/winner as a result of participating in this promotion, or accepting any prize.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
- All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition and communicating with entrants as to future offers, information and/or marketing promotions. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion or communicating with entrants. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. The Promoter’s privacy policy is available on the Promoter’s website at australianunity.com.au/privacy-policy. Entrants can request access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them by contacting the Promoter at the address set out above.
- The winner of the promotion consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media, marketing or advertising activities for an unlimited period without remuneration.
- If for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, this promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law, to (a) disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to cancel, suspend, modify, terminate or cancel the promotion.
- The laws of Victoria apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
