Information on how to enter and Prize details forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia ONLY, who are over the age of 18 years old. Employees of TVSN and Foxtel and their subsidiary agents and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Entrants must be a Foxtel access customer.
To enter, visit tvsn.com.au/foxtelwin and enter in all necessary fields online, to see if you are an instant winner. Once all necessary fields are filled in properly and entered on the website, the Entrant will find out if they are successful or not by the pop up box that follows submission. Entrants have until 5 May 2016 to enter their details online.
Competition opens 12:00am AEST April 21, 2016 and closes 11:59pm AEST May 5, 2016. The winners will be notified when they enter their details online if they have won or not. Details entered into the website after 11:59pm AEST May 5, 2016 will not be entitled to claim any Prize.
If a Prize has not been won after the close date (11:59pm May 5, 2016) that Prize will be forfeited. Winners will be notified on the TVSN website www.tvsn.com.au. If a prize winner cannot be contacted within 3 months of them being announced as the winner, then the prize will be forfeited by the original winner.
If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a Prize of equal or greater value and/or specification - subject to the relevant state authority approval.
Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Competition at any time.
    Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the Prize to cancel the Competition or to vary or cancel the award of the Prize including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter’s opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion): (a) a Prize winner does not satisfy the Competition entry requirements; or (b) the Promoter cannot conduct the Competition or award the Prize for any reason beyond its control. Subject to relevant state authority approval, in the event that the Promoter cancels the Competition or varies or withdraws the Prize it shall not: (a) be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and (b) be required to conduct the Competition at any other time.
Entrants enter the Competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained or loss or damage to tangible property as a result of accepting and using the Prize, any goods or services attained through accepting and using the Prize or entering the Competition.
The winners will be announced on the TVSN website (www.tvsn.com.au) on 10/05/16 and notified by email. Prizes will be mailed to the winners 14 working days after the Competition ends.

Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prize must be taken in its complete entirety or it will be forfeited. If for any reason a winner does not take the Prize or an element of the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Prize or that element of the Prize will be forfeited. If the winner of the Prize is under the age of 18 years, the Prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian who will be required to confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions prior to claiming any Prize.
To participate in the Competition, Entrants will be required to submit the necessary information asked for at the time of entry. Entrants will also be required to subscribe to our mail and emailing lists before submitting their entry. Entrants are able to unsubscribe from these lists at any time after their entry has been submitted.
By participating in the Competition and opting in, an Entrant acknowledges that a further, primary purpose for collection of the Entrant's Personal Information by the Promoter is to enable the Promoter to use the information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services and to contact the Entrant in the future with information on special offers or to provide the Entrant with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and email, or any other form of electronic, emerging, digital or conventional communications channel whether existing now or in the future. This information will not be disclosed to any 3rd parties. By entering the Competition and opting in, an Entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter may use the Entrant's Personal Information in the manner set out in this condition. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time after they enter the Competition.
An entry and any copyright subsisting of an entry irrevocably becomes, at time of entry, the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects Personal Information about an Entrant in the Competition and, where appropriate, awards Prizes. If the personal Information requested is not provided, the Entrant cannot participate in the Competition and is deemed ineligible.
Total Prize pool value is $10714.80. The Prize value is correct at the time of printing. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the Prize occurring between the publishing date and the date the Prize is claimed. All Prize values are in Australian dollars.
TVSN is not responsible for any customers that do not receive an email or cannot access the webpage or submit their details due to technical difficulties or any other reason.
