Who can enter? Entry is open to Australian residents only who are aged 13 or over at the time of entering the
promotion.
If you are under 18, you must get approval from your parent/guardian before you enter and if
you will be under 18 on the date an instant win prize is awarded, it will be awarded to your
parent or guardian. By approving your participation or by accepting any prize on your behalf,
your parent or guardian accepts these conditions.
Who can't enter? Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of:
(a) the Promoter; and
(b) the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this
competition.
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or
step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, stepgrandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st
cousin.

The competition will run in participating Woolworths Supermarkets and Woolworths Metro
Stores (excluding Caltex/Woolworths co-branded Metro stores and fuel outlets) anywhere in
Australia, including Woolworths online. (Participating Stores).

To enter, you must, during the Competition Period:
• buy one (1) Participating Product in one transaction from a Participating Store
(Qualifying Purchase);
• retain your itemised purchase receipt from your Qualifying Purchase (Proof of
Purchase); and
• visit the Website, locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form
(including receipt upload), providing all other requested information to see if you
have provisionally won an instant win prize.
Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the
Participating Product purchased and the date of purchase (which must be during the
Competition Period but prior to entry).

Instant Win Prize determination
The Promoter will use a computer drawing system to randomly determine winning times
during the Competition Period (each a “Winning Time”). The first entry, received on or after
each Winning Time, will be the provisional winner of a prize.
A maximum of one (1) Instant Win Prize will be awarded in respect of each Winning Time.
Instant winners will receive a return online message informing them that they are a
provisional winner of an Instant Win Prize and details on how to verify their entry and claim
their prize.
Winners of Instant Win Prizes must claim their prize as instructed by the confirmation email
sent to their email address provided at the time of entry.

What can I win?

There are three hundred (300) instant prizes available.
Each prize is a $100 Mobile Pay Pre-paid Digital Mastercard to be sent out via SMS to the
mobile number provided at the time of entry within twenty eight (28) days of a winning entry
being validated. Entrants can only win up to a maximum of two (2) instant win prizes during
the Competition Period in total (excluding SA residents).

(ABN 30 131 436 532) AFSL 404131 pursuant to license by Mastercard International

Total prize pool The total prize pool is $30,000 (RRP, including GST).
How many times

can I enter?

You can enter up to two (2) times per day provided that each entry is based on a separate
Qualifying Purchase and you have separate Proof of Purchase to accompany each entry.
Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
How and when
will the winners

be informed?

Instant winners will be notified immediately on screen and in writing, to the email address
used upon entry within two (2) days of determination. This notification will include
instructions as to how the winner is to claim the prize and establish their entitlement to it.
Validated winners will have their name and state/territory of residence published on the
Website on 09/04/2020 for a period of twenty eight (28) days.
Verification
Requirements
You must keep the following as Proof of Purchase for all entries:
• original itemised purchase receipt(s)
If you don’t produce the above Proof of Purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter
may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize.
Proof of Purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry.
If, in the Promoter’s opinion, you have shared any Proof of Purchase with another person,
your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.
Entering under a false name/s may invalidate all entries. Multiple entries under different
names and or different emails from the same residential addresses may also invalidate all
entries at the Promoter’s discretion, unless proof of identity and original Proof of Purchase
(for all entries submitted during the Competition Period) are produced on request.
If an entrant/winner fails to provide proof of identity and/or Proof of Purchase by the time and
date stipulated by the Promoter, their entry/prize claim will be deemed invalid at the
Promoter’s discretion.
The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Unclaimed and
un-won prize/s
Prize claim date: All prizes must be claimed by 5pm on 07/07/2020.
There will be an unclaimed prize draw for any Instant Win prizes that are un-won or unclaimed at 12pm AEST on 09/07/2020 at Prime Focus, L1, 534 Church Street, Cremorne,
VIC 3121. All valid entries received throughout the Competition Period will be included in the
unclaimed prize draw. Winners will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the
draw and their names will be published on the Website on 17/07/2020.
Collection and
use of your

information
If you are a winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional
activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You consent to the Promoter
using your name/s and image/s in any promotional or advertising activity.
The Promoter (Mars, we, us or our) collects your personal information via this entry form
when you submit an entry to this Consumer Competition.
We collect this personal information for the purposes of your entry into the Promotion. If you
have marked the "opt-in" box on the entry form, you consent to us keeping your personal
information on our database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you
by electronic messaging. We may also use the personal information you give us to provide
prizes, for consumer care and research purposes, and for other purposes, as described in
our privacy policy.
If we do not collect the personal information you have provided in the entry form, you may
not be able to submit a valid entry into the Promotion and may not be able to receive
communications about our brands, products and services which may be of interest to you.
We may disclose your personal information to our family of companies and to our vendors or
service providers. We require these companies to comply with the Australian privacy laws
that apply to your personal information. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the
Promoter may disclose personal information to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the
