Win a Share of $4000 - 1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. The Promoter: The promoter is JAGGARDS PTY LIMITED (ABN 15 613 822 709) of Level 8, 74 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
3. Promotional Period: The promotion commences on Thursday, 14th July 2022, at 11:00 am and ends on 1st August 2022, 12:00 pm (“the Incentive Period”)
4. Eligible entrants: Entry is open to all Australian residents, except employees and immediate families of the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies and participating outlets. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child , parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin. Entrants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian’s approval to enter.
5. How to Enter: To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
Purchase $500 worth of any new Perth Mint silver bullion in one (1) transaction at jaggards.com.au
The bullion purchase must be a mint-issued item; excludes secondary market bullion items.
The promotion is exclusive to online transactions and excludes in-store transactions.
6. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:
Limit one (1) entry permitted per qualifying transaction.
Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.
Maximum of one (1) prize permitted per person.
7. Total Prize Pool: AUD $4,000.
The prize pool value fluctuates due to spot price movements. The value has been calculated by the promoter at the time of locking in the metal value.

9. Entry Mechanism: Every online order that qualifies for entry will automatically be entered into the draw.
10. Prize Draw: The prize draw will take place at 12:00 pm, Wednesday, 3rd August 2022. Three entries will be drawn.
11. Prize Redemption: The prize is redeemable at the participating venue or can be arranged to be delivered via courier at the expense of the promoter.
12. Prize Validity: The prize is valid for redemption within 2 weeks of the prize draw.
13. Prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for the cash value.
14. Notification to the winner: The prize winners will be notified using the contact details stored on file within 48 hours of drawing the ticket (12:00 pm, Friday, 5th August 2022) and will be announced on the Facebook and Instagram pages of Jaggards.
15. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for a similar product of equal or greater value should the prize be unavailable for any reason at the time of the draw or prize distribution.
16. Unclaimed Prize Draw: The promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event that the winner is not able to satisfy these terms and conditions or forfeits or fails to accept their prize within two (2) weeks of the draw date. The winner of any redraw will be notified using the contact details stored on file within 48 hours of the redraw.
17. Privacy: The Promoter will not disclose the Entrants’ personal information to any third parties. All Entrants’ personal information will be stored securely.
18. The Promoter may use personal information collected about each eligible entrant for the purpose of determining and contacting the prize winner.
