The prize consists of a single prize package made up of the following STIHL products: MS 170 Chainsaw, HS 45 Hedge Trimmer, RE 108 Pressure Cleaner, BG 56 Blower, FS 38 Grass Trimmer. Total value of: $1,995 excluding GST (RRP)
Judges decision is final and no correspondents will be entered into.
STIHL will advise the eventual winner of the local STIHL dealer from where the prize can be collected.
The promoters accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize offered.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
All entries become the property of the promoter to be entered into the STIHL database unless stated otherwise by participants.
The contest rules, terms and conditions may be changed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Contestants found cheating (creating multiple ‘shell’ Facebook accounts to take part in the contest) will be disqualified immediately.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
