The STIHL ‘Shedload of STIHL’ promotion is open to anyone above the age of 18 years. Employees and the immediate families of the promoter, its associated companies & agencies involved in this promotion, are ineligible to enter. Promotional period is between 25-11-2013 to 17-01-2014 (12pm AEST). Winner will be selected based on their 25 word response and advised via email on the 19-01-2014. The prize consists of a single prize package made up of the following STIHL products: MS 170 Chainsaw, HS 45 Hedge Trimmer, RE 108 Pressure Cleaner, BG 56 Blower, FS 38 Grass Trimmer. Total value of: $1,995 excluding GST (RRP) Judges decision is final and no correspondents will be entered into. STIHL will advise the eventual winner of the local STIHL dealer from where the prize can be collected. The promoters accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize offered. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash. All entries become the property of the promoter to be entered into the STIHL database unless stated otherwise by participants. The contest rules, terms and conditions may be changed due to unforeseen circumstances. Contestants found cheating (creating multiple ‘shell’ Facebook accounts to take part in the contest) will be disqualified immediately. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
