Win a Smart TV & more! - Terms & Conditions “Get Your Friends In It To Win It” By entering in the competition, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Digital Decorator and related entities may at their discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The competition period begins 1st December 2014 and ends on the 12th January 2015. Only residents of Australia are eligible to enter the competition. An entrant to the competition must be an individual, not a company or organisation. Employees of Digital Decorator and related entities are not eligible to enter. If an entrant is under 18 years of age, they must obtain the permission of their parent or guardian before entering this competition. If the prize winner is under 18 years of age, they must be accompanied by an adult when receiving the prize. Entrants must be a registered user of Digital Decorator to qualify to win a prize. Late entries will not be valid and Digital Decorator is not responsible for any late or incorrect entries. An entrant can only enter the competition once. The entrant can invite any Facebook friend or friends on the email list as they wish to. First tier of prizes: 10 x Cinema nights to be won, to the value of $100 each voucher. Mid tier prizes: 2 x Freedom Vouchers to be won to the value of $500 each. Ultimate tier prize: 1 x Smart TV to the value of $1500. All forms of vouchers, 10 x movies vouchers and 2 x freedom vouchers will be sent by registered mail/post, which the winner has to sign for. The Smart TV will be purchased at the closet JB Hi Fi store nearest to the winner’s suburb. The Smart TV winner is responsible for pick up or delivery at their own cost. The prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Digital Decorator is not responsible for any additional costs associated with the use of these prizes. The winners are responsible for all costs associated with the collection or pick up of the prize goods. All prizes are subject to availability. If the prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances out of Digital Decorator’s control, a similar prize will be provided to the same value as the original prize. Digital Decorator is not responsible for any warranties associated with the prize goods. Competition entries will be closed at 5pm EST, on 12th January 2015. The prize draw will be made at 10:00 am EST, 13th January 2015 at 541 Graham Street, Port Melbourne 3207, VIC. The winners will be notified by email and or telephone and announced on the Digital Decorator website by 13th January 2015.
